I ordered Patriotic Angel with Flag… I ordered Patriotic Angel with Flag Dress Figurine, 4th of July Sculpture Ornament. When I received the item the box was crushed and the wing to the angel was broken off. The item did not look like the picture and I sent an email about it. They would not refund my money and would only give me credit. I found out the pictures were pictures from the "Jim Shore" website and their angels were cheap knockoffs. I would never order anything else from this website. January 4, 2022. After Being told I was going to get my money back, I have yet to receive anything from them. The products are always very good the reason for the lower score is because it took a month to receive my items .
Got my package of my order. But 1 of my paintings was cut threw twice a slice was made in package. Other than that I was happy.
The shipping was good and it took about two weeks to get my order. Overall I’m happy but some of the canvases have creases from how they were packaged.
