Where's my shipment
It's been 14 days since I placed the order and I have no idea where my shipment is. The tracking information does not show where the package is. I received my cross stitch kit that was…
I received my cross stitch kit that was short on threads. This is the 3rd product with this problem. The company's solution was to either supply myself with missing threads or continue as far as poss then let them know of the shortages which they would then send but would take weeks at the very least to arrive if ever! It took 1 month for the item to arrive in first place Totally unsatisfactory

I do not know what's happened to my second order my first one came it took a little bit but my second order has still not gotten here and it's been over 20 days that's the only problem I see is that it takes too too long. I've been done with my other ones for a long time. So I wish my other order would get here.
