Hi, Eileen! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'd be curious what package level you purchased and if it included Live Online Webinars? While our insurance courses have some video learning included, there are a variety of study materials in each course, including chapter reading. The live online webinars sound like they may have been a better fit for your learning style! Thakns for taking the time to leave a review, and for choosing ExamFX. - Kate

Tiana, congratulations on passing on your first try! What an incredible accomplishment. Thanks for choosing ExamFX! We are wishing you the best of luck in your career. - Kate

HT, thanks for your review and advice to learners. We appreciate your feedback about the ordering of topics. I've passed it on to our content team to consider. Thanks for choosing ExamFX and best of luck to you! - Kate

Hi Spencer, I am sorry to hear you've had a negative experience. Have you reviewed the Recommended Study Steps found in the Resource tab on your online course? This might be a good place to start, so you can understand the best practice approach to tackling your course. We also have an Instructor Support team available for any questions relating to your course, course content, or your exam. While our courses cover a lot of content, we include all topics eligible for the state exam. It's a lot of information to absorb, but we recommend thoroughly reading the content and using supplemental materials before attempting chapter quizzes. You've got this! We also have Test-Taking Tips linked in the introduction section of your course if you're looking for test-taking strategies. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support teams. We're rooting for you! - Kate
