I really like the layout. The exams get you ready for the real thing. I passed my Health license exam first time both parts.
User friendly & helpful
The app is very user friendly. Loved the tests after each section and the larger exams at the end. Wish the testing 10-Day study calendar was at the beginning. You don’t see it until you’ve gone through chapters and exams. Overall would highly recommend!

I personally liked the flash cards and readiness exam’s to help me prep for the real thing
Two exam modes
I like that there are two exam modes, one with the rationale for answers after each question and one with the explanations of answers at the end. I preferred the Exam Mode as opposed the Learning Mode because it kept me more focused as I was preparing for the Readiness Exam.
Nothing special
I took an insurance P&C training program from ExamFX. Materials are adequate, but too long and too detailed without bringing the concepts home. I often had to take a concept from the ExamFX materials and ask AI to provide examples or a more cogent explanation. AI did a much better job, and I will rely on this for future training. I recently took a Kaplan insurance course in another specialty, and I will return to them next time. The only feature I really liked with ExamFX is that they allowed me to copy text from their materials to add to my off-line study notes. They disabled this feature halfway through my course time and told me it should never have been enabled. Sorry, ExamFX, no more reason to put you over Kaplan.

The information provided is accurate, the explanations help to understand words that I have never heard before and others that have different meanings than I thought.

make videos more helpful for the ones that don't learn just by reading the clips are recaps and doesn't really go deep into nothing that you should know before taking test or quiz

While our insurance courses have some video learning included, there are a variety of study materials in each course, including chapter reading. Be prepared for law that is difficult.
The information was mostly clear although better ordering of topics would have been nice. Start with state law then insurance policies. You find yourself retracing logic.

Terrible teaching method
The teaching method used forces one to memorize instead of truly understand the topics. I am forced to memorize random facts for hours without any background knowledge which makes it so that you can't reason out your answers, you're forced to remember nenmonics like B.B. BICE.... If I'm getting a 46% after studying for 3 hours that's the teachers fault!!

This might be a good place to start, so you can understand the best practice approach to tackling your course. I was able to score a 90% on my first attempt at taking the Texas State Property and Casualty Licensing Exam after using ExamFX. I would consider that a very successful outcome since the passing score is 70%.
