It is never our intention to be misleading in any way. We also list the activation and expiry dates of your course on your course portal, which users access each time they log in. I am sorry that the course didn't work well for you in terms of organization or ease of use. We do have an expert team of content builders who are industry experts, have taken many certification exams, and have helped build industry exams themselves. I don't know which study package you purchased, but I wonder if our Video or Live Online package might have been a good fit for you to break up some of the reading found in each chapter. All ExamFX courses have an outlined access period, which is listed on our website, at the time of purchase in the cart, displayed on the user login portal page, and in the course itself. We do not advertise unlimited access for our courses. Digging into your account, it looks like our team granted you an additional 15 days at no charge after you reached out to the customer support team, extending your course expiration. Regarding your request for a refund, ExamFX’s refund policy allows for refunds within 48 hours of purchase, provided there has been minimal course usage. At the time of the request, the course had been extensively used, and both certificates were ultimately earned; therefore, the refund request was appropriately denied in accordance with our policy. On our end, the Customer Support team was very responsive and provided clear, consistent information regarding course requirements, access timelines, and available resolutions.
