Poor quality item
First costume that I bought from here went really well but the second one that I bought was a nightmare. I paid over $200 for a poorly done costume. The designs were poorly glued on and immediately fell off when I opened the package. This really should have been sewn on instead of glued on. I had to spend a lot of time and money to purchase materials and have it repaired. The stitches were loose and there was string coming out everywhere. A very rushed job and definitely not worth the price. I bought cheap costumes at Aliexpress for less than half this price that were of much better quality. Also the blouse/inner coat was only half done. I had to cut a few parts in order to have buttons sewn on so it can be worn. Such a shame. I was thinking of buying more but after this bad experience I will stick with Amazon and Ebay.
Better than expected
Prices *may* be a bit high for what you get, but the quality is the same as shown on photos, which is a plus. The seller even acknowledged my special requests that I needed done for the costume. I submitted a use-date that seemed almost impossible, as I was in quite a rush, but it was delivered three days earlier than estimated. Very happy overall.

EZCosplay is VERY cool, but is absolutely not perfect, I got a product, The Cowgirl Barbie Cosplay, From a giveaway, and it was in ROUGH shape when I got it, there was an LOT of messed up seems, with loose and even over stitched to the point where, I had to actively undo, and repair a few stitches in the cosplay before it was even wearable there was a bunch of loose strings, and even a string, from the crotch, to the far side of the right leg inseem. The main difference with the barbie cosplay I got was, it is a BULK product, it was made, as a large batch of products all at once, so it wasn't made to order, like the cosplays from Ezcosplay typically are. With the low quality from what I got, aside, I do know, if it's NOT rushed to order stuff, Ezcosplay has some truly spectacular pieces, and that takes time, and effort to put into it. EZCosplay, customer support, is pretty good, the response time, is usually no longer then 48hrs, and they're usually quick and straight to the point. I however, entered my size into the giveaway, im a Size small, and they gave me a medium, and when I asked about the size, because the cosplay I got didn't fit, I was told, it's random, it's just some bad luck. So, I actually had, to do a bit of work, on the cosplay itself to make it fit. However, all the issues I had, were because what I had, was a rush order, and that means, they didn't have enough time, to work their magic properly, and be as thorough as possible, so, for best results and highest quality, give around a month ahead of time for them to really work on their stuff, and do their thing. I do really look forward to shopping with them again, as the selection, website design, and overall convenience, to shop with them, was very very excellent, and I am planning to order something from them again soon!
Cosplay too tight and short, but was able to at least refund part of it.
I bought a cosplay that was made badly (a lot of parts were shorter then the actual character, and a lot of details were made with... plastic. not leather or cloth) and was definitely too tight and wat TOO short. While some measurements were on the "tight" side of the size i took, the height was definitely not right. ( XXL was for 185cm-190cm of height, but jacket was like 52cm and barely arrived to the belly button - and was even shorter then the shirt they put - ) There were two cosplays for that character, but one of them disappeared after i order and i got a different one from the one i ordered too. Tried to get a refund or return it but they say they "sent the right size" despite this being so blatantly much shorter than it should be. After a long discussion i was able to obtain an about 80% of refund with them even proposing me to spend more money for another commission in the start. Will never buy again there.

I ordered a custom commission thinking this was one of the best cosplay company’s around and I was so wrong. To quickly summarize The details on the costume were all wrong and stuff arrived broken and ripped open, not to mention the one and only con I wore it to was its last cause everything feel apart,off, or just ripped open and it just felt like extremely lazy craftsmanship and when I told them all they offered me was $20 refund when I paid $300. My best advice don’t buy from here unless you want it to not last. Update: They saw my review and are only offering to refund me $40 and are asking me to delete my review, yeah no that’s not happening.

Vast variety of cosplays! Cosplays also arrive on time or as described with no issues. Customer Service is great. Communicative and responsive. A little pricy. Quality/designs are simple but durable. I've only has some jewels or accessories fall off but I can easily sew/attach it back on.

Costume arrived, kind of
Costume arrived, 80 percent accurate in terms of what they advertise on the site. There was no tracking information provided, so I just emailed them every week to chase its whereabouts. It was delivered within the estimated time-frame so they get points for that. However, it looks a little different to the advertised image. But I'm altering it anyway so this isn't the end of the world. The buckles are all inside out, so I don't know what happened there. All in all not terrible, but overpriced for quality.

I bought a Spirit Blossom Ahri cosplay from ezcosplay. the fabric is actually pretty well made and thicker than some others, so it doesn't tear as easily. the overknees could be a bit larger for the size 2xl at the top, but i think it's a good thing that flow linen was sewn in there for reinforcementThe only thing I would wish for was a little more quality in the accessories. the loop that you attach to the waist doesn't last much and could also be made a little nicer. Unfortunately, the bell on the loop didn't last long either. After wearing it for about 2 hours, the seam came undone and the loop fell off. I have to say I was just walking around at a conventionbut apart from that I think the cosplay is very nice. I also think it's good that the shop doesn't just offer Asian sizes. this makes it easier for plussize cosplayers.
