Ezcosplay is a straight up scam. After payment they don’t do anything. Your order will remain “processing” forever. The only way to actually obtain your order is by emailing them for the DHL number. They take around double the delivery time placed on their website to complete your order. If you do receive your package you’ll notice the sizing is wayyyyy bigger than it should be. The material they use also feels very poor quality. The cosplay will fall apart after two days of wear. They also steal other cosplayers photos to market their cosplays.
The outfit I ordered was cheaply made and I had to re order the gloves because they didn't fit my hands and that wasn't even established until several messages was being delivered back and forth, and now I'm just curious on how this is all set up but the outfit is interesting but not as accurate.
I was given an M from an XS, the customer service department only gave me an unacceptable 10% off coupon for this mistake. I don't recommend this site, unless you want to have things made to measure but you spend more and the shipping costs are high.
news: after a week of emails and with the help of paypal i managed to get an 80% refund on a product.
They've been ignoring me?! 6 months to finally be done!
I won one of their giveaways in September and contacted them on September 15th. I got my costume 2+ months after, I had to PAY CUSTOMS FEES for a product that should have costed me 0$. I have never been sent a tracking code, they didn’t even tell me they shipped my package. And it took EzCosplay MONTHS only to reply to my emails.
I told them which costume I wanted and they told me AFTER 3 WEEKS that it wasn’t in stock. So I picked another one and replied to their email. I wrote 3 more emails to them before finally getting a reply on NOVEMBER 12th, in which they said they contacted the maker about it. Then I messaged them again after 3 WEEKS because I wasn’t getting any news, again.
Meanwhile I was contacting them via Facebook too because I felt ignored, I feel like if I didn’t bother them so much, they would have never shipped my prize.
After complaining about the customs fee I was forced to pay, they offered to refund it if I sent them the document (note: since I was unsure about when it could come to me, I had it delivered to a friend’s place, so the document had some infos she didn’t want to share!). I did it on Facebook on Jan 8th, and even messaged them again on Jan 13th to give them a heads up about it. Then I sent them an email on Jan 15th, and they replied on the 21st, asking for the PayPal infos to send the refund. I replied 3 days later, but then I had to message them 3 (4, including one via Facebook) more times before finally getting a refund. I’ve been refunded on March 8th, the amount was sent through PayPal "services and businness", so I didn't even get the amount I spent, and if they want to, they can claim money back this way.

Nope! I ordered three costumes from this company and these are not it. The sizings are way off even though I followed the instructions and measured myself first, the look of the costumes don’t look anything like the pictures portrayed, and the fabric used for the costumes was not good either. I will try to use what I have but I will never order a costume from here again I recommend looking at other sites like Etsy for cosplay. I have gotten better quality from Amazon then I got from these costumes. Also it’s worth spending more money for a quality cosplay.
Their sizing is completely off. They only sell US sizes instead of Asian sizes which they do not indicate. When I told them the costume was too big, they apologized and then told me to take it to a local tailor to get it fixed.

I wish I had read the reviews here before wasting money on an item that arrived well after they promised. They refused to refund even the amount I paid for express shipping, which was a joke.
I had a really good experience with them!! Or at least an ordinary one with no problems! I bought a cosplay that had no reviews and I was pretty skeptical about it, but it had a good price, so I went for it. It arrived earlier than promised and everything fit nicely! I’m 5’2 and weigh about 165 lb, so it’s not easy to find something that fits my well and isn’t long on me. The tights were a bit long, but the overall quality was very good and it looked super pretty, so I didn’t mind a bit extra fabric!
Bought a 200 dollar child's cosplay.
O boy. So it arrived well after the date it was needed first. And this was despite them stating multiple times via email it would arrive on time.
Second, the quality. Spent 200 dollars, got a 50 dollar costume. The fabric was thin and the same stuff you get in a cheap costume set from spirit halloween. It didn't look like the picture... much at all. The colors were off, parts of the costume wig that are supposed to "stand up" flop over with no support, the cape portion is supposed to attach to the shirt with... safety pins!?, (Bear in mind the safety pins are too long causing it to droop. Plus they really don't keep it in place adequately) and it just looks.... bad.

They moderate their reviews on their website. They’re basically shipping scammers. They send your order to a third party probably cost them next to nothing. They’re based in China nothing you can do.
When you receive the order it will be likely poorly made and cheap. You will receive the order very late, I got mine 3 weeks late.
If you try to return they wont allow it. Even if they get the order completely wrong they’ll offer you a 10% refund.
I placed an order for a costume August 23. The website said it will take 1 month plus shipping. Thay was fine because I didn't need the costume until October 15. It is October 21 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them twice about this and still have not heard back from them. I just want my money back at this point.
I'll start by saying I ordered my cosplay on the 30th July. It said 4 weeks tailoring, 1 week shipping.
It didn't arrive until late October. When it did arrive, it was cheap, the measurements on the site were a lie, it did not fit. The accessories were broken.
I placed an order from this company on September 11th, 2021 for an event I am going to on October 9th, 2021. I was under the impression that there was enough time for the costume to be tailored and shipped out before my event, and received no communication stating otherwise. I write this review on October 8th as my costume has not arrived. I sent them an email some time ago asking for an update and simply received "Thanks for your email. The order is in processing and normally we can finish it before Halloween, we will expedite it, thank you!". I did not put my use date as Halloween, but as October 9th. But time went on and no shipping notification. I sent them another email asking for a refund, as the costume will not be here for my event and I now had to spend more money getting a last minute replacement, and never got a response. I sent another email asking for a refund that I am also expecting to be ignored. Hopefully PayPal will give me my money back since they likely will refuse, or try to not give a full refund.
Moral of the story: Do NOT trust this company to tailor and ship a costume on time. Do NOT expect this company to have even halfway decent customer service. In fact, just DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trust the negative reviews. It's not worth it.

Ordered my costume more than a month in advance, when asking questions to try figure why nothing had changed for the order after a month the replies were completely unhelpful. My cosplay wasn't even custom sized so there shouldn't have been much in the way of tailoring. Now won't arrive on-time for when I actually needed it so basically a waste of time and money. Do yourself a massive favour and find a place to buy your cosplay somewhere that cares.
Would gave score 0 stars if possible. Absolutely ripped off. Power rangers masks. Cheap plastic, poorly made, held together with tape. My son saved and paid over £1000 for this utter rubbish. Please don't get caught out.
I bought two customization outfits from this website and half the costumes did not fit. I demanded a full refund, they tried giving me a thirty percent refund of the outfit. It was a hassle talking to them through the email and frustrating. They kept making excuses, saying it's because of the character it is long. So I asked them what was the point of the customization option. Then they said they couldn't afford a refund so I gave them the option to replace the parts that didn't fit. They said they couldn't because it was too busy at the factory and they couldn't alter the length of one of the costume. So I asked them "is the character the one wearing the outfit?" They had no answer to that and kept suggesting I find a local tailor. I wish it was that easy to find one. And they again when back to offering me a 30% refund. I demanded ten percent more though I feel I was too easy on them. I recommend never shopping here or they will make excuses for the outfit not fitting.
I ordered a Gorou cosplay from genshin impact with CUSTOM SIZING and it was STILL TOO SMALL!! I spent an hour carefully measuring myself and even overshot my measurements just to be sure. What I received was a cosplay that doesn't fit me with poorly made accessories that came broken or falling apart. I sent them pictures of everything for proof. They said these damages happened in transit and were only willing to cover 10%!! As of now I've told them it's unacceptable and if I don't hear anything more I'll get PayPal involved because it seems to be the only hope of getting a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
