I bought a cosplay (Kabu from Pokemon Sword & Shield) with the wig and the shoes. It was around 160$ + shipping, and even if I had to wait for around 1 month to have it home, I'm happy with the result. The costume itself looks nice (some details are a bit rough but nothing has flaws), the shoes are a bit too big but I can still wear them, and the wig came with a free wig cap and hair pins.
All in all, this is a nice shop as far as I know, since I got the right costume, nothing was missing, at a reasonable price !
I recently ordered a cosplay costume and shoes. I spent over an hour making measurements and using the size charts. I then went up one size for the clothing and up two sizes for the shoes. All of the items I received were still significantly too small. While wearing the clothing, if I were to bend my arms or legs, the sleeves and pants legs would rip. I literally couldn't zip up the shoes at all.
As far as I can tell, there's no way to get a refund. I can't even try to start the refund process. Their messenger doesn't work and neither does their refund submission form. Their phone customer service is useless. Who knows what it would take to actually get a refund.
I ordered a chi chi costume with custom sizing (my friend who is a tailor even measured me). It did not fit correct, it was expensive, and I didn’t even receive the boots that were promised. Not only that, but the color faded from the material. AND I HADNT EVEN WORN IT!!! It was in my closet away from sun. They refuse to answer for a refund. I’m about ready to dispute this charge.

absolutely horrible customer service! you have to go through them to return something, and even if you have a valid reason (as defined on their return form page), they still deny you! i had to fight to get any money back on my purchase, and even then they didn’t actually refund me what they said they would. i tried to return it because it came completely different than shown (both in material and structure) and they just kept ignoring what i was saying when i emailed. quality was terrible for how much i paid, and now i don’t know what to do because it doesn’t fit at all and it’s basically falling apart after just trying it on once. do not buy from this website!!
The costumes I received were made with low quality material and shoddy craftsmanship, fell apart after one wear, and was cheaply made. It looks like it was all rushed to be put together and it fit HUGE for some reason even though I checked and made sure my measurements would match the size I chose. A belt I ordered was supposed to have a metal charm, but instead they hot glued a piece of silver scrap fabric they cut in a circle to the chain and it immediately fell off since hot glue doesn't adhere fabric to metal at all. I've been trying to contact them on their Facebook page and their customer support email but they've been trying to avoid my messages about returning my order since I was very unhappy with it. They just took my money and ran off with it. I absolutely don't recommend them, save your money and shop elsewhere. It seems that a lot of their positive reviews are fake as well to make it seem like they're better than they really are.
Not really amazed. Their customer service was great. Asked me over email if the following product would look as expected. I agreed. They shipped pretty fast, sooner as expected.. So was the quality.. fast and cheap. Bought an Arknights Lappland Horrormare custome and the coat was more than a rainy coat with feathers. The Accessoires cheap af. Only the dress was nice. The wig was just shortly glued i think and I look more like Albert Einstein than my favourite char. Im sad about it. I just hope I can send it back and get my money. (was really expensive)
I ordered a Hit Girl Costume from kickass and never got it they told me that they don't make the costume anymore takes forever to get a refund. Also false advertising for putting it up and leaving it up.
Literally the worst cosplay site
I've bought a few things from them but my second time purchasing I just gave up on them altogether.
The costumes and accessories are overpriced and then you get hit by extortionate shipping and custom fees.
The costumes aren't worth the money the cost ESPCIALLY the wigs and fake weapons.
They will also royally screw up your sizing. I bought a Deku Hero cosplay on here and it was completely the wrong size. I measured myself twice, by myself and with help from a family member for a jumpsuit and also added a couple of cms onto my size to have a bit of wiggle room but it was far too small and when I asked to exchange the customer service were SO RUDE saying it was my fault despite me following their measuring guidelines to a T and adding that extra to my measurements for good measure. If this was custom made then obviously the tailors aren't being given proper instructions or don't know how to make clothes.
I went through a debacle with this company. I ordered three costumes from them in winter 2020 and spent nearly $400 for the outfits. For starters, their tailors do not understand the difference between "flat" measurements and "on the body" measurements. A flat garment is always smaller than one in the body. I don't believe they use professional dress forms or pattern makers for their products.
Second, their products look nothing like what is advertised. I've received a total of 5 costumes from this company (2 custom, 2 factory and 1 gift). Each has fitting issues (1-2 sizes smaller than advertised). Each arrived with some sort of damage OR mismatched item (feather damage on first order, loose/missing buttons on gift, completely incorrect costume on 3rd, exposed zippers and incorrect height on 4th, etc).
Third: they lie through their teeth and smile while doing it. After a post and video of mine reached nearly half a million shares they agreed to send the REAL costume (found out they sent a mock-up) and refund me the new cost of the costume (they had reduced the price by $25).
Now they are harassing me and trying to get me to join some program so they can silence all the feedback I provided to the public. Just don't shop them. I'm exhausted from all the drama and put off from buying costumes now.
I usually make my own but wanted to take a break. That backfired horribly. Out of the 5 costumes I ordered only 2 were immediately wearable but both were 2 inches too short for my height.
The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star and giving them 2 is because they actually custom made a cosplay for me. However, when I got it (I ordered the costume and the shoes) they were... not good quality. The shoes were three inches too long, even though I sent the measurements. As for the cosplay itself, it didn't fit at all. I sent measurements, and it is the right measurements... when it's flat. I can't zip it up around my hips, and the torso is way too short.
I emailed them about this, asking if I could get it resized. They said themselves on the website, if you order a custom sized cosplay and it doesn't fit, they will correct it. The response I got was to take it to a tailor myself and they will refund me 35%. I did get the refund percentage, that's another reason why I'm not leaving 1 star. But the quality of the cosplay itself was very poor. I only ordered from EZCosplay because I heard good things about it, but based on my own experience, I won't be shopping from there again.
PLEASE DONT BUY !!! They stole cosplayers pictures and send poor quality replica. They stole Kinpatsu cosplay K/da akali weapons pictures and put their tag on it. PLEASE DONT BUY
Please never buy from this website. They are a scam! They steal pictures from different cosplay websites and then paste the "EZcosplay" logo on it. I bought the trick or Miku cosplay, and it turns out the pictures they used to advertise the costume were from a seller called Artistic Sprouts (or 美萌工坊)
The quality is horrendous. My cosplay was sewn weirdly, oversized, wrong color, and thin material.
They even admitted to the sewing issues, promised a "62%" refund even though I deserve a full refund.
It's been a month and they still haven't sent me the money, I keep reminding them by email but still no hope.
I feel horrible, I just really want my money back, I feel like I just got 200$ stolen from me. I can't even salvage any of the pieces because even the color is wrong and there was a weird print on the cape. I wish this review let me post a picture.
Just please do yourself a favor and don't give them any of your money.
I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter from this site, because they promised it would arrive in time for Halloween. They did not ship it in time and lied to me saying that payment had not been received. I know that it had, because I saw when it cleared my bank account. I asked them for a refund because my daughter now needs a different Halloween costume, and they have refused to give me one stating that they have asked The Courier to move faster. This costume will not arrive in time, these people are frauds and they will take your money and you will not get what you were looking for out of them. The quality of their product remains to be seen but based on their customer service, I would pay triple to get it from somewhere local that is more trustworthy
Ok so the jacket was the right size, but the design was WAY off, missing a lot of big details. Not to mention the colours were VERY different. The fabric is thin and cheap. It's so bad that I am half laughing and half diasapointed. Although they had really nice customer service and were patient.
My boyfriend and I ordered our costumes for Halloween here. We wanted to be the couple from the movie Your Name. Both of our costumes were pretty expensive (original price + shipping = around $65 each) for relatively simple costumes. After a couple weeks of hearing nothing from the company, I emailed their support asking for an update on the order. Turns out, my costume would come in time but my boyfriend's wouldn't so they offered to cancel the order. I understand that Halloween is a busy time but this is still obviously disappointing since we selected our wear date but we weren't notified that it wouldn't arrive on time until one week before Halloween. The real problem though is that even though EZCosplay initially offered to cancel the order for me, now they refuse to do it and keep responding to my request to cancel by offering a 10% discount. This is horrible customer service and very frustrating for me.
Other than the customer service, when my costume finally arrived a couple days ago. Even though my measurements were very exact, the skirt is too big and the shirt barely fits and is pretty see-through. It's not horrible quality but for the price point and experience with customer service, this has definitely not been worth it.
I ordered a Slytherin uniform from ezcosplay for Halloween. It was a decent price for a custom fit, but they never shipped it to me. I emailed the delivery service that was supposed to deliver the costume about my package and they informed me that they never received it. I emailed ezcosplay costumer service and they told me they had shipped it to me. A month pass the date my costume was supposed to arrive and still nothing. I emailed ezcosplay for a refund to no response, however my bank was able to get my money back. I do not recommend ezcosplay.
From what I have received, Ezcosplay has good quality cosplays. I’ll definitely give them that, BUT there is something that really makes me not want to order from them and that is their ridiculously expensive shipping fees!! Their shipping fee is way overpriced and they take FOREVER to ship anyways! For example, I paid $79 for shipping and it took over a month, ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO EVEN SHIP. Not only did it take forever to ship at all, it took very long to even arrive. For such expensive shipping you would think it would be fast but no? I think with the amount of time they take they seriously need to reconsider how much they charge for shipping because it is out of hand. I like that they have so many cosplays and so many props, but the shipping just totally makes me not want to purchase at all.
Ordered two cosplays and a wig. The top of one of them is too small. They’re going to be sending me a new top. The quality is pretty good and the wig is amazing
