All of them were pretty minor fixes, and overall I was happy with the costume, so I decided to order another. Big. Mistake. I was genuinely horrified by what I received, and immediately emailed to see what I can do for a return. Instead, they offered me only partial refund for a costume that barley looks like the character. I will say that I should have double checked the image on the website a little better, but I'm genuinely upset that I spent $180 on a costume that is ill-fitting (despite the fact that I checked the measurements and they should have been right) and colors that are not even close to what the costume should be.
Don’t buy from this company! I made the horrible decision in purchasing a cosplay outfit from them. The outfit didn’t fit me, quality wasn’t great, and the appearance of the dress was not great. I emailed them to see if I can get a refund since I haven’t wore the dress. They refuse to give me a refund. They claim they did nothing wrong and it’s not their fault I wasn’t satisfied nor it didn’t fit me right. Horrible customer service and doesn’t stand by their statement.
so far ive only ever ordered wigs from ez (i wont ever buy costumes from them it seems too risky) but i can assure you based from mine and others experiences they are very good when it comes to wigs all but one of my wigs are really well made and nice to the touch while the other one was a bit flimsy and did start to break rather quickly so id say if you need a wig and cant find good ones anywhere else Ez is just fine
Bunch of no good scammers that love taking people’s money supposedly they shipped a wig to me and it was delivered according to them, the only thing that was delivered was a back straightener to help people sit right, very ignorant and very ridiculous in terms of their policies.They should be ashamed of themselves completely!!! Absolutely horrible. Made my cosplay 5 inches bigger than it was advertised on THEIR size guide then told me it was just a common practice in the tailor business. What??? I have lived in China and had a half dozen items tailor made to fit me. That is a lie. Then they tried to tell me if I wanted it fixed I’d have to go to a tailor myself. Absolutely the fk not. I’m only giving one star because a) I can’t give 0, and b) my boyfriend’s costume is perfect. Thanks for scamming me out of $130 you trashlords!
If I could go lower than 1 I would. NO regards for the wear date and they only sent one of my cosplays scamming me out of $200+ by never sending me the other one. Asked for a refund and they flat out refused lying saying they shipped and delivered it
I ordered a costume in 2019 and it arrived. Sizing and tailoring and workmanship were mediocre at best, and overall NOT good value for the cost. In January 2020 ordered another costume and wig. 9 weeks later still waiting for delivery. Sending email asking for update and told best delivery date is mid April. So FOUR Months , and I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE they can or will deliver. Email replies only make poor excuses for lack of service.

I ordered a costume and a couple of props from the site. I was excited because the costume looked pretty good quality but apparently they have NO IDEA how tailoring works. I followed their sizing chart and measurement instructions TO A T and even measured myself a little bigger so the costume wasn't too tight. IT WAS FAR TOO SMALL. I complained about the costume explaining the situation and they told me it was my fault and refused to refund. But that wasn't the worst part, I was charged for postage AND customs, AND WAS THEN CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AGAIN. It was a nightmare and so much money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They're extortionate and it's a rip off, it you want a good quality cosplay you're better off going to a independent commissioner it may be a bit more money but you'll get better quality and you won't lose a load of money for a costume that doesn't fit.
I ordered a dress for my touka cosplay on the 8.1.20, today, 21.1. It arrived Before Ordering i took my measurements and everything and i really loved the dress on their Photos but hell nah i does not look like that in real life Everywhere you can see threads hanging out of it, the sitting is terrible even tho i choose the size according to the Chart and my measurements, it was almost impossible to get in that dress And lets Talk about, how the dress is made oh damn the cut of the dress is horrible as well it looks so weird, i seriously dont know what i should do with that dress I cant send it back and i ll not wear it either and for throwing it in trash .....it was too expensive
Terrible company. I ordered an ike cosplay and they took the money from my account then claimed I never paid them. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund, and they had the audacity to tell me I would need to pay 50% of the total for “holding” to cancel the order and I wouldn’t be getting any of my money back. They stole my money and told me I had to pay them to stop. They deserve to be arrested.
Buyers beware. If they mess your order up, you will NEVER get a refund, no matter how in the wrong they are and regardless of what they say on their page. First of all, I ordered the costume on July 26th and told them I need it by the end of Sept. It should only take 2 to 3 weeks to tailor and a week or two to ship. By early September I asked them for a status. They hadn't even started. I asked for a refund since the costume would not make it in time for my con even though I ordered it with plenty of time. They did not want to give me a refund and offered a 15% discount and told me I can just wear it to another convention. I thought this was rude, but I accepted. They never sent me my discount. A month later I receive the costume and it was completely wrong. On their page it said it would be made out of vinyl and leather. It was made out of velvet. In addition the boots I ordered were supposed to be the same dark green as the costume. They were bright lime green. When I asked for a refund, they tried to push a 50% discount on me. Considering I never got the first promised discount and can never wear the costume because it was so completely wrong, I declined. Eventually I told them I would open a dispute with Paypal and my Credit Card company, so the conceded to give me a refund. I waited a month and a half, and got no refund. I reached out to them and they said they would check on the status of my refund. Another three weeks have passed. Since then I have sent them two more emails and they are now ignoring me. Finally I gave up and opened up a case through Paypal. I hope I will get my refund. On another note, I actually purchased two costumes from them around the same time. The second costume was made incorrectly also and had missing items. They refused to send the missing items like they promise on the page. In short, if they make a mistake, you are the one who loses because they will continuously tell you that you are wrong and their tailor was right. The prices may be cheap but service and quality matches. So I tell you to purchase with caution.
The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it arrived on time. It’s nothing that is advertised, the fitting is horrible, the material is something I could have purchased at the dollar store and the jacket looks like a a cheap piece of silk for a robe. Absolutely the worst purchase made and I will not be a returning customer. I reached out to do an exchange and although it wasn’t a special order nor did they require measurements they refused to do an exchange or return. Terrible place for ordering cosplays!!!
I ordered a cosplay from them and while it came on time, it was missing an accessory. I didn’t notice the error right away as I was not able to try on the costume the day I received the package, but the day after. The site advertised the base package came with the outfit and a hair accessory, and when I contacted customer support, they insisted they included it with the package. I sent them photos of proof that the site advertised it as such and they only gave me a 10% refund which added up to a whole 9 USD... I looked today at the website and saw they removed the part where they said the accessory was included. The costume itself was great but the customer service is terrible. After having ordered from Aliexpress before and now EZCosplay, I warn everyone to be careful of when you buy from overseas/Chinese retailers and to take pictures of everything!
Ordered shoes. Came on time so that's appreciated but they were way too small. If ordering custom shoes. Please for the love of God, make it 1/2 seizes bigger then your actual size. You'll be thankful for my advice 😔🤘.
This company is a SCAM. All of the other negative reviews are true. Nothing good can come of using this company. I ordered two sets of shoes: The first were too small by two sizes. The size on the sole was scraped off on purpose to hide the real size. The seller said they would refund the cost and then did nothing. They tried to dodge paying by ignoring me and then only made a partial refund. The second shoes were covered in silver sharpie markings all over the place. There was also sharpie ink mess left on open areas. I was told to clean it off and also the marks are normal because making shoes is hard xD The email conversion about a refund is still ongoing but there is always some excuse to not take responsibility for the terrible quality products or issue any full refund. I ordered a custom fit costume from EZ Cosplay Costumes. I was supposed to receive my costume by Oct 25th. After multiple inquiries on the status of my order they emailed me Oct 21 to say they lost my order. Oct. 22nd they claimed they would refund my $246. As of Nov. 8th I still have yet to see a refund. Aside from the fact that one week prior Halloween I was left scrambling to come up with a whole new costume.
I was super wary of ordering from here because of all these reviews and general bad press associated with the company, but I didn't know any other mainstream cosplay site that sold costumes for Hanako-kun from Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun, so I took the convenience plunge. I ordered October 23 and set the wear date for November 12; my con is in four months, so any lateness would be fine. Came November 6 and I'm very happy with what I received! Fits decently and is accurate to their picture, as it's a fairly simple costume. The only strange part was that there were no button holes, with a stitched outline of where they should be, but that was fixed easily with scissors and some patience. Costumes from this company generally seem to be a hit or miss, so I wouldn't shop here again, but I'm super happy with my hit.
