I am disappointed about the customer service experience that seems to be none. I received the bike with many scratches and the front wheel makes noise after attempting to center it properly, the disc brake seems to be bent so it touches the frame, after I reported them as I’ve found them and the customer service wouldn’t reply to my message. On a positive note, the bike was delivered really fast. I really need to use the bike and I’m stuck waiting about what to do with an enormous box in my living room not knowing whether to return it and how or what is the offering in this situation
After doing a lot of reading and searching I decided on the Fafrees f20 master and Fafrees didn't disappoint. Bike came very well packed and had it setup in 15 minutes. Bike feels great to ride and battery is true to what Fafrees clam my daily commute involves a lot of hills and got 140kms from a full charge. Rear brakes did squeak for the first week but all good now. Only negative thing I can really say about the F20 is that the saddle isn't the most comfortable but other than that super happy. First impressions were great. The bikes arrived in very sturdy boxes with unbelievable packing inside. The bikes were unfolded and setup very easily and seem to be well made. Many thanks to Kola and Cici for making the whole experience hassle free. We have ridden the bikes a few times since delivery and they seem great. From my experience, I can highly recommend Fafrees electric bikes.

The bicycles (I bought one f28 Mt me and one Hailong 26 for my wife) came sooner than expected in perfect condition due to very good packaging. The assembly process was fast and simple, after a few more tweaks we were good to go. After 2 weeks of utilization I can say that the bicycles are very well built, they don't seem heavy (I was worrying about this), we use the motor only uphill so the battery is still full from factory. The motor has plenty of power. There are way too many gear combinations than necessary. Just 7 would have been more than enough. The brakes could be better. And they are beautiful! They are nothing less than the 2k+ euros equivalent bicycles on the maket.

I have too much weight. I got diabetes diagnose and that's why I buy Fafrees Max bicycle. Now, few months later I have lost my weight about 8 kg, only driving electric bike. It's very fun to ride and I'm in heaven on bike's saddle. I love my bike but wife says you cant't take it to bed...❤️
I got a bike, it had some troubles. I did not receive a bill without asking several times and paniced. After many more mails I got the bill and finally could talk about the damage: the stand of the Fafrees F20 was damaged, assumptly during transportation. They offered me a goodie bag! I have never received that though..

I bought Fafrees max 3 months ago and i am excited with this e-bike.. Great design and unbelievable battery... First time give me 120km... Another thing that is great is the second seat....
