I purchased a science officer Star Trek TOS The Original Series Uniform Female Duty Dress Cosplay Costumes. I highly recommend Fanrek based on the excellent quality of this garment. It is impressively well made with a flattering silhouette, reasonably priced, the thickness, and stretchiness of the fabric are excellent. I just need to buy some pips :). I never received the item. Due to the delivery facility saying that it needed a delivery code. It's upsetting that something that should be a simple transaction has become so complicated. Please investigate. Some where along the line someone stole it.

Looking for a high-quality source of cosplay costumes, Fanrek is the place to get it!!! I had ordered a Star Trek Picard S2 Starfleet red uniform for attending Comicons. The quality was amazing! The material was comfortable and looked as if it had come from straight off the show! Upon delivery, I had found a part of the uniform to be too tight for my body size (not the fault of the company, I'm just currently in-between sizes at the moment), I contacted Fanrek via email regarding the issue, they were very quick and very helpful in assisting me to get a new size! Best advice is know your body size before you order, but if a mistake were to happen, expect Fanrek to get back with you very fast to assist you. They even double checked my reorder to ensure I had selected the right size! From a simple fan, thank you Fanrek!
I was accidentally sent the wrong size in error. Customer service was wonderful and understanding and sent me the proper size without any issues. They were very helpful and responsive. The shirt itself is very soft and comfortable and is perfect!

product quality was surprisingly good, but a men's XL from them is like a men's small in North America, totally not matching their own measurements. Also, they won't accept returns and instead offer a discount on a replacement order however they then screwed me on that. My fault for buying something from China.
