I purchased a science officer Star Trek TOS The Original Series Uniform Female Duty Dress Cosplay Costumes. I highly recommend Fanrek based on the excellent quality of this garment. It is impressively well made with a flattering silhouette, reasonably priced, the thickness, and stretchiness of the fabric are excellent. I just need to buy some pips :). You will not be disappointed! I also believe they were quick to ship as well. Thank you so much Fanrek!!!
I never received the item. Due to the delivery facility saying that it needed a delivery code. It's upsetting that something that should be a simple transaction has become so complicated. Please investigate. Some where along the line someone stole it.
Hi, We're sorry you didn't receive your package. We've arranged for reshipping. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Fantek fully refunded me for a mishap. I'm very happy with the purchase results.
I have made multiple orders from Fanrek and have been very satisfied. Garment quality and tailoring were fantastic. Shipping was shockingly fast from China to middle of US. Definitely would recommend others to give Fanrek a try.
Very high-quality Star Trek TOS shirt, very pleased
What made this experience great? Price and quality! Great quality shirt for the money. I just can’t see how a more expensive cosplay shirt could be of better quality. Thank you!
Looking for a high-quality source of cosplay costumes, Fanrek is the place to get it!!! I had ordered a Star Trek Picard S2 Starfleet red uniform for attending Comicons. The quality was amazing! The material was comfortable and looked as if it had come from straight off the show! Upon delivery, I had found a part of the uniform to be too tight for my body size (not the fault of the company, I'm just currently in-between sizes at the moment), I contacted Fanrek via email regarding the issue, they were very quick and very helpful in assisting me to get a new size! Best advice is know your body size before you order, but if a mistake were to happen, expect Fanrek to get back with you very fast to assist you. They even double checked my reorder to ensure I had selected the right size! From a simple fan, thank you Fanrek!
I was accidentally sent the wrong size in error. Customer service was wonderful and understanding and sent me the proper size without any issues. They were very helpful and responsive. The shirt itself is very soft and comfortable and is perfect!
GREAT customer service, and GREAT quality.
Excellent Costume. Great customer care. Very authentic workmanship.
Quick reply and great customer service! Abseloutly love my costume as well 😁
Their customer service is wonderful and prompt. I highly recommend them. The uniforms are quality and fairly priced.
product quality was surprisingly good, but a men's XL from them is like a men's small in North America, totally not matching their own measurements. Also, they won't accept returns and instead offer a discount on a replacement order however they then screwed me on that. My fault for buying something from China.
Perfect! Exactly as expected thank you!
The jumpsuit I ordered arrived on time, fit perfectly and really brought my Jadzia Dax cosplay together! It was super realistic and I got lots of compliments.
Their customer service department was quick to respond, courteous, & was very accommodating. In addition, what I purchased was in good condition and were exactly as advertised. I would definitely buy from them again & can recommend them based upon my experience.
My son is very pleased with his legend of Zelda bedding! The picture and quality were great! Would highly recommend
Great quality and customer service. Allowed for changes after purchase with no issues and very accommodating
I love the fair prices. I had been looking for those toys for a while and had not been able to find them. My nephew is very happy with his toys. Keep up the great selection of toys
I had a bad experience at the beginning, but customer service responded immediately. I was extremely well served. My costume looks much better now and I am happy with the experience.
