ordered a pair of the Captain Pike pants, had questions about sizing and these folks responded within a couple of hours! Turn around time was amazing and I got the item ahead of schedule. Tried Them on and I Kid you not they are the most comfortable pants i own. These folks really know how to go above bar. Very pleased! Will be getting more from them....

They helped with a lost item, it took a while but they were very helpful and got me changes because of the time it took and since I got a new bed, they upgraded to a king size

Helmet came damaged, BUT would order here again
My helmet came damaged. However, Fanrek was extremely helpful and quick to help me out via the contact form on their site. The person helping me was very kind to refund me and gave me helpful instructions to try and fix my helmet. Even though this happened, I wouldn't shy away from order from this site again.

Purchased a Star Trek jumpsuit, needed it last minute for a convention. I paid extra for 5-7 day shipping, it arrived on time (I think it maybe took 8 days instead of 7? But that's negligible, it's just an estimate afterall). The product I received looked exactly like the photos. So I guess take these reviews with a grain of salt, seems experiences vary.

So far no good. Paid extra for express 5-7 day delivery on the 14th of December...and here we are on the 30th and the tracking says it's still in Shanghai. I understand these are busy times but very disappointed in the misleading delivery time and wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take this long. How long is it going to take? Avoid if you're expecting express postage. I'll update if it ever arrives. Update 20/01/23 Okay, so after ordering express postage on the 14th of December 2022, I checked tracking over and over and it finally said it was delivered on the 10th of January 2023. I followed up with Aramex courier as I still had not received it. They've just replied today and sent me a photo of the package on my doorstep...so, I guess it was stolen? As such I can't comment on the product quality but I can say it's been an entirely disappointing process and will not be buying through Fanrek again. 1. It was not delivered in the time frame specified, despite extra payment for express postage. 2. There was no notification to say it was delivered, no knock on the door, no message, no email, I just happened to check the tracking that said it was delivered. 3. Communication with the company was poor, just told to liaise with the courier, no offer of a refund for even the failed express postage. Steer clear.

UPDATED Review. After posting my last review, the company has agreed to give me a full refund. In general I recommend not using or ordering from a service that will use Yun Express as their shipping partner because they have been delinquent in delivering multiple packages and are the only carriers to do so. I am appreciative that Fanrek eventually realized that their shipping partner was to blame for the delivery not being fulfilled.
