Updated!!! I ordered two hoodies size 4xl and they are more like a size medium. They have agreed to a full refund. Great customer service.

Update - Refund provided

Originally, when asked for return shipment and refund, I was told to return it without being provided with return postage and then I would be given a refund. The item did not fit and it was unworn. They then worked with me to provide me the refund. I would have given them 5 stars if the service was provided from the beginning.

I ordered a teen titans comforter set

I ordered a teen titans comforter set, twin size and I absolutely love it. My grandson loves it. I was surprised how nicely it was made. The graphics and colors are great. I was also happy how fast it arrived. It came sooner than expected. I would definitely order from Fanrek again.

The helmet I ordered was perfect

The helmet I ordered was perfect. It actually exceeded my expectations. Shipping was fast. It only took about 5 days which was earlier than I expected. The quality of the helmet exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend.

I would rate this as a zero star if I could. Within minutes of making my order I cancelled it because I realized I had used the wrong size. The cancellation was well within the cancellation policies, which I mentioned to them. 2 weeks later, I got a package with 2 of the 3 items from the order, and 1 completely incorrect item. I emailed again, this time threatening to report them to Shopify and my credit card company which finally got me a response. "Orders that have already entered the processing process cannot be cancelled. You can return the item to the address below, We will arrange for a refund upon receipt of the return item, thank you!" A completely frustrating experience, and they won't acknowledge that I sent the request to cancel the day I made the order, even though everything is on the same thread. Also the return Address is in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province China. The hoodie isn't even worth the shipping fees. Save yourself the hassle. The sweaters are all printed on and even feel cheap. Don't order from Fanrek. They won't honor their own cancellation policies, you're in the hole if they send you the wrong items in shipping alone.

The mask and gloves were a perfect fit

The mask and gloves were a perfect fit! It was the best one that I could find and got lots of compliments on it and inquiries on where I got it from. The only thing I thought would be the holes being slightly larger, other than that, great mask!

The price was amazing for the quality of product I received. I am super happy with what I ordered which was 2 Star Trek Captain jumpsuits and two Star Trek Voyager Communicator Badges. I gave 4 stars here because of a miscommunication we had regarding shipping, I paid for 5-7 day shipping and it took about 3 weeks but they did offer to refund the shipping cost. So order earlier that you need your product for and your order should be fine!

I wish i can give them 0 star!! I supposed to received my order 3-5 days coz i paid for express shipping but i didn’t get it! Tried messaging them but no reply! After 2 weeks! And i want my money back already that time! This is what they said Hi Maja, Sorry for the delayd that shipments have been restricted due to the epidemic control in our warehouse recently. We'll give you a full refund and send you an extra $10 as an apology, but we hope you can help remove or modify the review, is that ok? Thank you for your understanding! Like really??? I don’t need your extra $10! I want my money back now!! If i paid for express shipping that means i need what i ordered asap!!! And guess what they told me. Hi Maja, Thanks for your reply. Could you please help remove or update the review first? Then we will refund you immediately, thank you! Unreal right?!!! They want me to remove the review first before i get my money back!!

False advertising and no customer support

Item came in and did not look at all what was advertised on the website (details missing, colours not shown on actual product) and further support can’t be reached because they haven’t responded to any emails for help! They really don’t show enough customer support or assistance like they don’t care. They finally got back to me through an email offering to refund me for the order, but they ended up charging my online bank account the same price for what I paid the item for… absolutely terrible store

good quality

These are good quality my son wore his other one every day all year and so we decided to order more. Thy are light. The waisted is tighter still comfortable I ordered a XL and wear M size shirts. The material is not cotton so they do not fade. The are great priced. You have to he patient and wait. We have placed several orders and never been disappointed.
