Thought I was purchasing two mine craft back packs for Christmas gifts for my kids. Nothing has ever arrived. They do not respond to e-mail and their phone number is fake. Wish I had read reviews before buying from them. Costly mistake.
I ordered an item, my account was charged the price $59.99 that same day and they said delivery in 10-15 days. I have tried to contact them repeatedly thru e-mail and phone number they have listed to find out the status of my order. No product, no response from them.
They are using cosplayers' photos for some of their items, and then of course the item you receive looks NOTHING like the picture. Absolutely terrible. Never shop with them.
Ordered a mask for a Halloween costume. Was never sent a tracking number, so no way to see if it was actually shipped. Should have been delivered in 15 days, now a month has passed with no delivery. Wrote to customer service and asking for a full refund. FRAUD.
Do no buy here. They take a picture of a high quality dress and then send you a horrible cheap dress that is not pictured. They even admitted they sent the wrong dress but it's been over two months and I have no dress and no refund.
I asked for a costume to be custom made. They shipped it to me, and it had an L on package of the dress, which indicates they never custom made it, but instead just shipped one they already had premade. I emailed and called and they replied after a lot of emailing and calling...but only after I had called tons of times. Then they refused to correct the mistake. I pleaded and asked if I sent it back, would they fix it...and they said they would. It is now over a month later and they said they never received my dress that I sent back. I had to ship the damn dress back to them for $38 dollars, and the dress was $109. I am assuming that this is FRAUD. AVOID at all cost. I am very very upset.
I placed an order in July, and I was told it would ship within 21 days max. 21 days went by, so I emailed them. No response. The next day, I emailed again. I was told that their company wouldn't MAKE the item until October, and would ship the day it was finished. October rolled around, and I asked if it would ship anytime soon. They said it wasn't done, but would ship on the upcoming Sunday. Monday came, and I, livid at this point, asked when it would ship. I was then told that every order they made was made incorrectly, and that I would be refunded within 3 days. 4 days later, after still not being refunded, I emailed them again to ask why I hadn't been refunded. No response. I emailed them again the next day. No response. In the end, I'm stuck going to the bank and filing a report there. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Take my advice and DON'T SHOP HERE.
Costumes were way too small. They refused to refund for return despite, web site saying that. Offered partial refund. Paypal got involved and then they were forced to take return. Now claim they didn't get it, so they have their stuff back and my money. AVOID them.
