I have never received my item. I paid a lot for quicker shipping and never received it. I can’t get anyone to answer my emails.

Collapsed, won’t stay in shape

The mask came folded in half so there is a crease down the middle of the face shield. The top of the helmet is caved in in three spots. Haven’t been able to successfully reshape it. It also smells very strongly of spray paint which makes it challenging to wear it for longer than a short period.

Stay away

Bought a witcher t-shirt a month and a half ago. I've paid but have never received a shipping order or my item. I've tried contacting them multiple times with no response. This is a bad company. Stay away.

Avoid Like the Plague

I purchased a Frozen coronation dress in November 2016 only to receive something in January 2017 of DRASTICALLY lower quality and missing pieces. It was already disappointing enough that it took more than double the promised time to receive my item. While Fanrek was in touch with me during the shipping process, after I showed them pictures of how the dress I received was NOTHING like what was photographed on their website, and after they said they would refund me once they received the dress back, they stopped responding to my messages altogether. I also noticed that shortly after I showed them the drastically different dress item, their website got updated to show that they didn't have size XS anymore. I can't help but think they were out of stock and instead just took whatever else "resembled" my item that had an XS sticker on it and just cheaply sent that. Their idea was for me to return the dress AND keep my money. I thankfully had a friend ask for tracking and to have the company physically receive the item to ensure it got delivered; I read reviews on how Fanrek claimed they never received items. THANKFULLY I won my Paypal claim, and I got my $129.99 back, but I still lost all that time and shipping costs thanks to this trouble. They promised me a refund yet ignored me. I thank Paypal for having my back on this one. I do not understand how this business has not been closed down yet. I kept every record of all the email exchanges, pictures, etc. just in case. I didn't even have to show any of that in order to get my refund since they apparently never responded to Paypal either. NEVER EVER AGAIN. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
