I would give 0 stars if I could. My mom ordered me a Loki Loungefly for Christmas and when received, we discovered it was FAKE! We talked to customer service, but they wanted us to pay to ship the bag back. Shipping it back to China would cost MORE than what she paid for the bag. They still claim that it is authentic but it is not. Beware of a counterfeit if you order from them.
Do not buy from them they take forever to ship I paid $29 dollars for extra shipping after I found out it would still take up to a month when I paid for 5-7 shipping I tried to get a refund emailed them 3 days later cause I couldn't wait 15 days to a month and wouldn't have paid 30 for expedited Shipping if I knew they replied the next day and said they don't refund orders after 48 hours even though the day before I was trying to login and it would not even let me login to site... when I told them I'd leave them bad reviews they said they'll refund and keep 30%

My order is late. Like over 2 weeks late. Their customer service sucks and they offer no help. Christmas is in 2 days it's already too late. I'm reporting them to my bank as soon as they open. I will never order bed sets online again.
I ordered a Loki crown from their store. They bent it in half to cram it into a very tiny box, and it is stuck in that position and completely unwearable. I needed this for Halloween, and when I informed them about the damage to the item, they only offered to send me a second one (which would not arrive in time for Halloween). They were only willing to give a refund if I shipped the damaged item all the way back to China...which would have cost more than the item is worth. If the item had not been bent out of shape, I would have been happy with it. So buyer beware. If you have any kind of issue with your order, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I would choose 0 stars if possible. I placed an order and paid $29.00 for DHL/Fedex 5-7 day shipping. I wrote them SEVEN emails asking for a refund when I realized the package was not going to arrive even close to that time frame. They never answered any questions... they only responded "stay safe. be patient." At this point it is 17 days after my order, and I have not received the product (which is now useless to me) or received a refund. Don't waste your time and money.
No issue with service. Ordered a hoodie, 3X. It won't even fit my mother who wears XL.
They are scammers and crooks along with not wanting to provide correct information,
Fanrek is great! All the items I've ordered have arrived in a timely manner and been higher quality than anticipated! I will definitely continue ordering from Fanrek.
If I was able to give no stars I would. Extremely disappointed will be asking for a refund. Looks no where like the advertised product.

Was extremely dissatisfied with the product- every aspect! Quality, representation, delivery… reached out to customer service and was surprisingly even more disappointed! Was given the option to return the product, having to pay more in shipping than the product itself cost or receive a discount for a future product that I wouldn’t be interested in purchasing based on this received product. Highly dissatisfied and will be sharing my experience.
I received this purchase as a gift. It was not the right size. When I tried to return it for a full refund, your customer service department would not let me. I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience with your company.
I am beyond frustrated with all of this. I ordered the item and requested to do a return. They emailed me saying that once the item arrived I could do the return but after trying to contact them once I got the package they ghosted me. After getting no feedback from them I did a return to sender because I never opened it. Still haven’t gotten a refund or had any type of communication with them since. Very disappointed with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
The product came damaged with stones that had completely detached from the mug. I sent them an email about it and have heard nothing back for at least a month.
First time I have ordered from them. Shipping wasn't as quick as some other sites I buy from. But the quality made up for it. My son loves the set and I will be buying more from them.

Sadly the product took forever to get to us. Let alone even ship in the first place. When recieved I noticed a bunch of stitching issues. That were very stand out and noticable.
The color was kinda off and the thickness wasnt what I thought
If your going to send a package overseas like this then use a different company than usps it’s been over a month now and no package yet and went from my home state Chicago processing facility to Los Angeles now it is going to another facility , this is straight stupid and frustrating
