I got my Command Star Trek uniform back
I have been looking for this for a long time, I had a Next Generation red command jumpsuit back when Star Trek next Gen was on the air that I got at a convention but lost it somewhere in the move from Vegas and Seattle. When I saw your Star trek line of uniform cosplay clothes I was thrilled and excited. Though I was hesitant to buy it for it wasn't made if the other one I had, that being lycra spandex, but when I received it, I was impressed and pleased of the quality of the uniform. And the delivery was quick on coming to me and I thank you for that. If there is ever another costume I want I will consider your site

Lies about sizing
A while back I ordered the Star Trek blue dress from them, was really impressed with the quality and really liked the overall cosplay but the only issue I had with the dress was that when it was all the way zipped up it ended up being way to short on me! Even with shorts on underneath it definitely on the verge of showing my entire butt! So I decided about a month ago I’d order the same dress just a size up, usually going a size up from what I actually am makes a difference in length. When I got the dress in the mail and I was able to try it on I had the same issues I had with the first dress! I honestly think the only difference between the two was that the tags on the inside were the only thing changed about it all! You guys really need to be more clear about sizing! There was absolutely no difference between one size and the next one up which is super disappointing because that means I have to purchase a 3rd dress to try and figure out if it will fit how you described it!

The quality for the price is a bit disappointing especially when it's a comforter COVER. The company was easy to work with when I accidentally ordered the wrong one and quickly emailed asking to send me the other option.. all well other than mentioned above. We are using it and my daughter likes it.
Review
When ordered the items came in a timely manner. However there is no follow-up communication telling you when/if its shipped or when it will arrive. The items look very good, for the most part the color is great. Even though they didn't use higher end fabrics like gabardine the items look good.

Got the helmet smashed couldn’t put it on. Like it melted into a shape that was so oblong and the box was smashed, we tired to heat it up and shape it but still not able to put on. Waste of money

Terrible Shipping Experience
I made a claim that I wanted a refund and to cancel the order within 24 hours of me ordering it, and communicated with them multiple times within the initial 48 hours. According to their stated policies that should have been enough, but they’d come up with anything to make sure I couldn’t get a refund. So they said if it had been shipped I no longer had 48 hours to make a claim, but according to tracking they hadn’t even begun the shipping process. I legitimately don’t think it’s possible to get a refund from them or to cancel any order, no matter how accidental or within any time frame. The costume did come after a long while, but it was cheap-feeling and exactly the reason I had immediately asked for a refund. I don’t recommend going with this company.

Missing part of order (FIXED)
Order arrived on time. However, part of my order was missing. I sent an email the same day and 2 weeks later have not gotten a reply. Very disappointing. Edit: I contacted Fanrek after this review and they immediately sent me a new order. I got it today and it's fantastic. Great quality. I now have 3 pins... Guess I'll have to buy a Lower Decks uniform to use it now. :)
