Excellent service and great communication. They handled everything and nothing was a problem. When you find great service you just want to use them again as it makes it so easy. I have used them a few times and I will continue to use them. Well done FBABEE.
I contacted FBABEE for a shipment from China to the US and right from the start they were super helpful. I cant speak highly enough about their service and advice. I will be using them for all future freight forwarding jobs. Thanks Andy and Jemma!
The FBA BEE staff gave me an immediate answer and acted quickly. They checked all problems in advance. It really made me feel comfortable. I want to work with these people again next time.
Excellent company to work with. The team at FBABee goes beyond their call of duty to ensure the best possible experience. They are amazingly good at what they do!! Thanks to Ivy, Candy and the whole team.
Dealing with FBABee has been a game-changer for me. As a new seller, I was anxious about the ins and out of shipping. I wanted to be able to find a freight forwarding business that would make the process easy for me and hands-free (door to door) and also affordable; that is exactly what I have found with FBABEE from my initial contact Aaron took me by the hand and explains all things to me and was very patient. then I started working with Katrina who is exceptional with her service, very professional ready to go above and beyond what is required of her. she will work with your budget to show you and give different options available that meets your need. she is also a great English communicator. I am very pleased with the service I get from them and would highly recommend FBABEE to anyone who is looking for peace of mind and hands-free service(door to door). FBABEE agents are very reliable in their service and prompt to address any concerns you may have. I know, I have found a partner in them and I am already working on my 3rd and 4th shipment with them.
Excellent service from Katrina and Christina at FBABEE. Always ready to help and communication is great. They take care of everything!! They are very knowledgeable and stay on top of any news and regulations from FBA. I've been working with them for over a year now and it's been a seamless service throughout. Highly recommended!
My experience with FBAA was very good and i was impressed for the good service attention they got. I purchased to forward just 4 boxes to Amazon in the US, still workin on it to finish the transaction but so far so good. They dont hesitate to respond at any time during the period we were talking, even if they are in ASIA and me in Latin America. The communication was outstanding. From the begining i was confident on what i was doing and the crew they have is kind. The manager has a lot of experience in Amazon workflow and help a lot. I almost choose to decline the transaction but even they got me confident on this and continue to the end. Good Freight forward company.
I decided to go ahead with FBABEE with my shipment and storage needs after reading all the positive reviews. I am glad I did. Fast and efficient service, no hidden costs and great communication. Thanks goes to Katrina and Jemma. Looking forward to continue working with you.
Working with FBABee has been a seamless process. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the team's professionalism, promptness, and trustworthy behavior. My company has done business with them for the past few months and really value their work and opinion in helping us verify our products and product samples. They have been completely transparent in providing us with honest and frank feedback on the product, which is exactly what we were looking for. The deliveries were made perfectly well and the shipping was excellent. We worked with Ivy at FBEBee and will continue to work with them in the future.
My business would not be where it is today without the help of Katrina and Christina from FBA Bee. Exceptional service in every aspect. They get the job done!
FBA Bee has been great for us. Very responsive and efficient. They get all the information they need up front and the next thing we know our product is at Amazon for Australia, Canada, UAE and more...
I am new to on-line selling and finding FBABEE was the best thing ever. Instant responses, day and night, and their professionalism and efficiency is 100%. I could not have done it without you Katrina, Ivy, Candy....Thank You! And you have taught me LOADS. I recommend FBABEE very very highly. Amazing.
This company is awesome. Being a newbie in the online selling industry, this company, specifically Jemma and Katrina, have helped me tremendously with my inventory as well as shipping to the USA. They are trustworthy, fast and great at communicating what needs to be done.
We have been working with FBABee for about 6 months and the service has been exceptional. We had a recent shipment issue and Katrina went above and beyond to have it resolved. Truly excellent service.
Their service was very helpful and fast even in these times. I will for sure be back for more and recommend them to others

I have tried a few FBA service however I am most satisfied with the service from FBA Bee. Jemma and Andy is very helpful and responsive, they usually get back to me and provide what I need as soon as they can, even on weekend! The FBA service is professional, they check the weight and dimension carefully and send photos for me to verify. So far I have only tried their sea shipping service and I am happy with the speed and price. Will continue to work with them in the future.
