However, purely for the sake of clarity regarding our service record, we would like to address the details of the "rejection". Our records confirm that this shipment was successfully delivered and accepted by Amazon at the time of appointment without any issues. The inventory was marked as "Unfulfillable" by Amazon at a later stage, not "Rejected" upon delivery. After the Removal Order was issued and the goods were returned, it was confirmed that while a small number of units (3 of 26) were indeed damaged(for which we took full responsibility and provided compensation), the majority of the pallet (23 of 26) was physically intact. While we regret that Amazon’s internal system flagged the entire batch as unfulfillable, as a freight forwarder, we can only be held accountable for actual physical damage caused during transit, not for Amazon's inventory status decisions on intact goods. We truly hope the restocking has gone smoothly. We fully respect your decision to move forward with another partner, and we sincerely wish your business continued success.
