FBAbee is a great forwarder. We have been sending out shipments with this forwarder for a year (To US, Germany and UK) and experience has always been very smooth and fast. The prices are also great in comparison with other forwarders.

Fbabee really go above and beyond for their clients. I was new to selling on Amazon, and they pointed out some costly mistakes I was about to make and helped me rectify them as feet on the ground in both China and the US (I am in Canada). They are patient with me, helpful with suggestions, keep me well informed every step of the way and are very warm personable people. To be honest, at first I was so scared of using any company in China directly because of the horror stories I've heard before. But FBABEE is different! If the rating goes to 100 stars, I would give them 100 instead just 5 stars. They deserve it. This is my first time and my first review for FBABEE. I came across FBABEE when I was google-ing china's shipping company. I wanted to start selling product on amazon but I didn't know how to. When I contacted FBABEE, Ivy was there for me. Answered tons of my questions with a professional and friendly attitude. Explain to me everything what I needed to do from start to finish. I was chatting with her for months and she still answering my questions with patience and so friendly. All of my questions answered less than 24 hours. Through email or WeChat. Some other company, I believe, would neglected me. Not FBABEE. The cool thing about FBABEE is that they helped me communicate with the seller. What label to apply on each product. Making sure that the seller doing exactly what they suppose to do so my product will be accepted at Amazon FBA warehouse without any trouble. Finally after I've decided which item to buy, I contacted Ivy again. Then she introduce me to her coworkers, Katrina and Phoebe, then we ended up communication through group email threads and WeChat groups. If one person wasn't available at that time, someone else helped me with my stuff. Very very very professional and I feel that they really care about my business. Katrina and her warehouse team treated my products as if it were their own products. Checked everything one by one and provided me with detail spreadsheet, with photos!, of every single products that is going to be sent here to the USA. After the shipping payment is made, Phoebe helped me created the Amazon Shipping Label using the TeamViewer. I created amazon label before, but I didn't know how to create one if the shipment comes from China. And the crazy thing is that after the shipping payment made to FBABEE, Amazon warehouse received the item in 6 days. 6 DAYS! From Guangzhou to Amazon FBA Warehouse in 6 days! That's faster than order stuff from couple websites here in the USA! Crazy! This is my first shipment and I have 210 products in that shipment. What I like about them is they know what they are doing, very friendly and professional, fast respond, and very patience. Seriously, what I thought the idea of buying products in China to sell on Amazon is going to be a headache and very difficult. But FBABEE made it all those headache go away and they really make it easy for me. FBABEE set the bar really high. Thank you guys!
After using a few freight forwarders in the UK I decided to try FBABEE. The customer service was excellent and the speed of delivery was unmatched compared to other freight forwarders, not to mention the extremely competitive prices. I intend to use FBABEE for all future orders going forward.

All my transactions with them failed. How can this company be still in the business? Do not use them if you don't want to lose money. Negligence is what they are good at. And does not take accountability. Save yourself a big headache, do not use then.
We are not sure how Karen defines failed trasactions and negligence. We helped Karen on 3 shipments, two of them is to Amazon, and one is Philipines. The two shipments to Amazon The first shipment, we sent out the 40 cartons on April 16 and they reached Amazon on June 4. The second shipment, 60 cartons were sent out on April 30 and reached Amazon on June 10. Karen has also shared the screenshot with us to confirm that Amazon have recieved both shipment. The shipment to Philippines. We sent out the parcel out on May 17 with tracking number 1Z6715X30433548297. We followed closely on the communication between the local UPS and the recipient multiple times and finally, they were successfully connected. Because the local customs didn't release the cargo, the client chose to abandon it. We've already agreed on the full refund of the shipping cost before we get this review. Except from shipping, we also assisted the client in exchanges with Alibaba and the supplier such as consulting and submitting the needed documents as well as suggesting the solutions. We always put the interest of our clients first, and take the reponsbility if any fault we made, but we don't accept disonest reviews.

First time importing from China to USA and FbaBee made the process smooth and simple. I'm sure you can save a little money by using your suppliers freight forwarder, but these guys are the real deal and you won't have to worry about "if" your product will make it.
After having looked for a freight forwarder for months, I found FBABEE and there is no looking back! They are excellent at what they do, their prices are excellent, their communcation is excellent and they are always going the extra mile to ensure that their customers are happy! FBA Bee has honestly been FANTASTIC from point A-Z, and i'm not just saying that.
