Ordered Items in March still not received. Emailed twice and no reply. Disappointed as I paid for postage to speed things up to ensure a gift was here on time. Waking up with nothing for herself tomorrow is going to be heart breaking for her.
these are a disgrace I ordered an item for mothersday, it took over 2 weeks to send and then arrived incorrectly. I was back and forth requesting a replacement and paid a $5 shipping fee for it as agreed with customer service. that was 11 days ago and no update and they keep sending me the old tracking link absolutely shocking no dont use
This is an enormous scam. Ordered items on 3/17 and have yet to receive them. No response whatsoever. Only email contact. There is no phone so it allows for an easy mode to ignore any and all communication from the merchant! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered 2 sweatshirts and what I received was 1 which was someone else's order and 1 that I requested but with the colouring really off. It did take a while foe the customer services team to initially reply but once they did they were very patient and went through a couple of different colour options until I was happy and then sent a product I am now really happy with. 4 stars because of the initial issue and the slow speed of response and rectification, but I did get what I wanted in the end and customer services were a great help and very responsive after initial contact.
Total scam. Wanted to cancel my order, emailed them twice, and i still havent gotten a response 2 weeks later.
Never reciceved item. Order no 16311. Was tracking the parcel that seemed to change where it was constantly and didn't make much sense. Tried to log in to see anymore updates and account has been deleted. Would not use and clearly a scam. Wish id seen the reviews before buying. Tried reaching out to company and no response. Extremely dodgy company that shouldnt be taking orders.
Horrible! Ordered an embroidered Hoodie. The hoodie is 100% made of plastic feels like sh***t and is not thicker then a T-shirt. The embroidery is bad and ugly as well. Website says shipping 10-12 business days. It’s been almost a month since I ordered a product. Have contacted the company and they can’t even tell me when it’s coming. Just full of excuses. By the time it gets here it’s going to be too hot to wear
I thought it was a scam, but its not. The hoodie is actually good quality. I paid extra for embroidery, and it looks really good. It said it was going to come on the 14th of feb but came 2 days later. took around 2.5 weeks to come but defo worth it! Not a scam as everyone is saying it is.

Ordered a valentines gift for my girlfriend. Had no confirmation email and it’s been 2 weeks. I want a refund. Don’t use this site it’s a complete scam.
I will update my review after I receive my product. I am giving one star for the lack of shipping information provided to the buyer when a purchase is made. They should be letting buyers know it can take several weeks before they purchase it. They also have 0 customer service. No one answering emails. It says "Email customer support at firegemssgl@outlook" but no one responds. For everyone leaving reviews about "3 weeks and still nothing", the items are coming from a gift shop in Singapore, and takes at least a month to get anywhere. They still need to hire someone to answer emails and notify buyers before they make a purchase that it takes a month or so to get it in the mail. Clearly, they are mailing USPS international (snail mail because it's the cheapest).
I order from Firegemss on 18. January 2024. and did not receive my purchase neither got any response on 4 emails I had sent them. Order number was 6550 and I would like to get a refund.

After purchase u are sent an order confirm email but then that's it I have sent over 6 emails now and given 2 weeks for a response and nothing No customer service No replies Nothing Probaly isn't even a product So disappointed as I've spent over £30s with this company for nothing can't request refund as no answer DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE MONEY

It took some time for the order to arrive in the holiday season (4 weeks), but everything was well received. At first we thought it might be a scam, but luckily it wasn't. Product is in good condition.
