This is a scam store. Stay well clear of this bs. Product received was absolutely not as described, quality was horrible and the item was damaged. I opened a dispute with Paypal and I expect to receive a full refund.

I bought a jumper from this site, I ordered a picture of my girlfriend and I, with the Ipod embroidered and 'momma bear' embroidered down the arm. The order took about 10 weeks to reach me, the Ipod embroidery was right, but the picture that was sewn in had the wrong hair colour for my girlfriend, and instead of 'momma bear' being sewn vertical down the arm, quite large, as advertised, came very small, horizontally just above the cuff. TL,DR Order took a long time, not as advertised.

I ordered a hoodie the 13th of december and eventhough i sent them a few emails, they haven't replyed yet. Today i got an email telling me to pick up my order somewhere (i had to do the work to find out where it was) and when i got there it was someone elses order. Horrible service.

Hi! I just made an order for a hoodie because I saw the add on instagram but I was so worried they would sold out that I forgot to change the size of the hoodie! The order was made as a size XS and it was my mistake, I already wrote an email explaining the mistake and asking if ir was possible to change the size, but reading the comments I am afraid I won't be answered in time, I already paid, the order is 5594 please answer my email!

0 Stars!!! I ordered a product at the beginning of December. It was supposed to be a gift for Christmas, so I chose the fast shipping method. As soon as I read the reviews here, I wanted to cancel the order, but never heard back from customer service, which doesn't seem to exist. On 28th of Dec. 2023 my order arrived, despite several attempts to cancel the order. The quality is very poor and of course I want to return the order. The website says to contact customer service to get return information. I have already written 5 emails and would like an answer!!! Update: Thanks fpr the answer. It was not clear from your reply whether you will contact me by e-mail or not. My order number was #3752

Very big scam
Very big scam, received the wrong item after 3 weeks waiting and have emailed them 3 times with no response. The quality of the product was very poor and not worth the money at all

Waiting for customer service
Shipping took 2-3 weeks (I anticipated this so no problem) Received my products and they were cute BUT they got the pictures switched on the shirts so my sisters got a picture of their dog with the wrong name underneath and on the wrong size shirt. Where I’ve run into trouble is when trying to contact them about making it right I get nothing. I’ve emailed them three times and still waiting…

Worth the wait
Ordered mine on 5th December and just come today on 4th January, if you don’t mind waiting for your order it’s totally worth it! My wife loves it! The quality is amazing as well, shame seeing these negative reviews, as I imagine this took some time to do.

I ordered a hoodie (Order 4610) on December 5th and still didn’t receive anything + no response to the email I sent them. I will probably never receive anything so will try chargeback with my credit card company. It is definitely a scam

Bought a hoodie before Christmas, never recieved anything not even a tracking link. They don't even answer on emails. I warn this is a big Scam and i will report this so the Site will be blown off the Internet.

Bonjour à tous, J ai effectué une commande le 8/12/23. C était un cadeau de Noël, pour l instant je n ai encore rien reçu. Je les ai déjà contacté à 4 reprises mais malheureusement aucun signe de vie. Entre temps j ai déménagé et je leur ai demandé si il est possible de changer l adresse de livraison car cela prends un temps fou pour ce faire livrer ( si je me fais livrer un jour??). J ai l impression que ce site est une arnaque. Une chose est clair si je ne reçois pas de réponse et ma commande je vais entamer une procédure judiciaire contre ce site. J ai quand même payé 65 Eur. I have already contacted them 4 times but unfortunately no sign of life. In the meantime I moved and I asked them if it is possible to change the delivery address because it takes a long time to get it delivered (if I get it delivered one day??). I feel like this site is a scam. One thing is clear if I do not receive a response and my order I will initiate legal proceedings against this site. I still paid 65 Eur. I am really very disappointed 😞.
