SCAM
I’ve been sending out emails to them about requesting a refund on an order that’s too small, but they haven’t responded to any emails whatsoever and it’s been 9 days. Not going to order from them again, very terrible. No one should order from them, it’s all a scam!

I have just received an order today that I placed on 26th November, which was a Christmas present for my boyfriend and my best friend. I have never been more disappointed with a purchase that I am with this one, for a number of reasons. 1. I am a massive hoodie / sweatshirt wearer - I have never in my life had such poor quality garments, especially after paying what I would perceive as being a premium price 2. The goods were marketed as personalised embroidered garments, taking a source picture and converting into a bespoke piece of embroidery. The embroidery I have received on the final hoodies bear no resemblance to the picture I sent in. 3. The quality of the embroidering is extremely poor, with loose fabric ends which look extremely tatty and tacky. 4. Having placed the order on 26th November, the goods were delivered today - some days after the promised 20 day delivery window for international orders. These products are simply not fit for purpose, and can never be deemed to be of a sufficient quality to offer as a gift. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and been unsuccessful each time. You state that you have "excellent customer service" , yet I am still to here from any one? My Order number is 1958 and I look forward to hearing back from you regarding a full refund.

They don't give you tracking info
I assume it's because they ship it via rc car driven by a hamster. I ordered this like 3 weeks ago. No tracking information, no confirmation saying it shipped, no updates, and my Mom that lives alone a thousand miles away didn't get her present today. Really rad, wouldn't even be an issue if I got a tracking number to let her know it would be late. I can't even tell if anyone has ever actually gotten a product from this site. When I ordered the reviews were decent, guess that was a Christmas facade.

i ordered a sweatshirt. Don’t know where my order is . No one answering from support. No e-mails no social feedback. Totally not recommended. Totally not professional .It was a christmas present…the website says write to support but no one will answer . I wrote 3 emails

0 stars. Ordered a good while ago, have not received, have not gotten any email updates there is no tracking info to be found, I emailed a while back asking for an update and got nothing back. Hope no one else falls for this scam website when it’s most likely something that might be a sentimental gift like mine was suppose to be. A**holes

Unacceptable delivery time, not as advertised.
I placed my order weeks ago and have heard nothing except a shipping update to essentially confirm the item won't be here before Christmas. Not what was advertised, no mention when I ordered that it would take this long.

Been waiting to recieve my items
Been waiting to recieve my items, and i have not had any response since placing the order on 3rd December 2023. I have sent 3 emails to ghe email adress provided on the website and have not had one reply. I am very concerned having paid nearly £100 for 2 jumpers which I am yet to receive. IF this company would like to update me that my item is actually en route that would be PERFECT.

I haven't heard back from the seller. I placed the order 2 weeks ago - it seems like there is no chance of receiving it before Christmas. The main problem in this situation is the fact that I've already written them 3 messages and no answer.

Fraudulent business!
Order made two weeks ago. Other than the confirmation email and the money leaving my account, there's no been any other update or signals from the seller; neither responding emails. Checking other reviews and customers' experiences, it seems this is a fraudulent business. Do not buy with them or anything, despite their good effort advertising themselves on Instagram. It is scam!

No answer from the site - ordered 12 days ago. Apart from order confirmation and money leaving the bank I have had no contact whatsoever from Firegemss. No customer service at all!!

SCAM
SCAM - Avoid! I ordered something on Nov 10, 2023, no word, no answer to emails, no shipping information, it's only this morning when I got had a search, and saw the reviews. Next time, I'll know better. My bank (monzo) actually gave me my money back within an hour of formally submitting a dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Really bad service
Really bad service, perhaps a big scam. None is responding to e-mails, and perhaps my “order” will not come as expected. At least I learned that I should look up all the companys that has waaaay too cool ads on Instagram. Be mindful!
