I ordered several items and requested a return. The return process is very difficult: for a long time no return address was provided. Only after involving Klarna did I receive a return address outside the EU (China), including instructions to declare a very low customs value. I am currently clarifying the correct and lawful return process with Klarna. I will update this review once the case is resolved.

Wow what a great experience!!! First time buying from this company. I live in South Africa.I was not sure if I was going to get my purchase as there is so much scammers out there. Not only did my purchase arrive but I encountered the best client service ever. When my purchase came I realise that I had ordered two of the same items I contacted the company. They were very happy for me to exchange the product but at the end of the day they didn’t only exchange it they told me I could keep the extra item that I bought which was just incredible because it’s not a cheap range. The outfit that I purchased fitted perfectly and now this is definitely my best Gym collection ever and I can’t wait to shop some more thank you FIRM ABS

Very disappointed, my first time ordering and my Hollow active Sports bra advertised as White was delivered and it wasn’t white as advertised it was more Ivory or it looked like it was washed in bleach several times, definitely didn’t look pure white as shown on website! In addition it was too tight and I sized up, I’m usually a small. When I emailed them regarding a refund, my options were not “free refund within 30 days” I could get a partial refund or if I want my full refund I’d have to pay for shipping to China. Very disappointed!

The customer service is excellent — very responsive, polite, and helpful. Communication was smooth and professional, which made the overall experience pleasant. The only downside is that the size chart does not match the actual product: the items run quite large, so this should be taken into account when ordering. Since I discovered Firmabs three months ago, I have placed multiple orders because I genuinely love their designs. However, my latest order, worth around $147, was extremely disappointing. Shipping suddenly appeared as a charge for my country, even though my orders over $130 previously qualified for free shipping. At checkout, the free T-shirt and free socks were advertised, yet after placing the order, I received an email removing the free socks, which were clearly shown at checkout and are still visible in my order confirmation email. Customer support replied with a generic response that did not address the issue or offer any solution. While I would normally give Firmabs high marks for their products and designs, this experience falls well below standard. Even if a technical glitch caused the system to display two free gifts, it is their responsibility to resolve it—not to remove a simple item from a customer’s order. This incident makes me hesitant to place future orders, which is unfortunate given my previous satisfaction with their designs.
