Worst customer service experience ever had. Give me wrong information on my order arrival time. When I chatted with one of the agent, she even say it is not their fault, it is the shipping company fault??? I ask for refund and end up waited and waited but no reply till this day. Lousy!

The purchase experience with the platform is good. However the NinjaVan delivery service was below expectation. My parcel was "missing" in system and cant be tracked. I needed to raise a ticket to investigate where was the parcel. Shld improve the logistic.

The deliveries are always partial instead of full.
Example my order 287000 is for 4 pc but only 3 pc delivered.
The deliveries were split into so many invoices.

Delivery time is too long, more than one to two weeks (stated as 1day, when confirming of orders). Some even longer time, cannot wait b'cse our orders is mainly for export.

After upgraded the new version or system, delivery take alot longer than before, some items where show in Tuas can take up to1-2 weeks to deliver which quite disappointing.
Also last time use to be able to self pick up within 30mins and now need to take few days, making it very difficult when you need the items urgent and the delivery take so much longer than before.

Looooooong delivery time - for ex-stock, local delivery!
Order on 4 Jan (ex-stock item) and order confirmation says will dispatch next day 5 Jan. Delivery within 2-4 days. Waited the whole week but no delivery and emailed them on the 9 Jan and received feedback on 10 Jan that item will only be dispatch the next day 11 Jan! Imagine if I never follow up don't know when they will dispatch the item!
Called through and CS gives so many excuses.
Cancelled my order straight away but still need to wait 3-5 days for confirmation by Management! What the f***!

Shipping was delayed. Item should be shipped to Kaki Bukit by 29/10 and delivered by 31/10 but was only received on 09/11. Damn slow and not even send a note to notify. BAD BAD.
