The customer service reply is standard. Twice ask for feedback on collection date, got the same reply. "Wait for us to SMS". Goods ordered is otw to Tuas warehouse. 3days stil not arrive yet from kaki Bukit. Horrible service. Last to time using this platform. Disappointed.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear we did match your expectations. Though I could not identify which order is yours, a 3 days transfer between KB or Tuas is in the realm of possibility. I would initially suspect either it was over the weekend which could add up to 3 days or it is a local pre-order which arrives from a local vendor in usually 1-2days to KB branch and then get transferred to Tuas. We usually transfer from KB to Tuas on the same or next working day of the items arriving to us. Based on "SMS notification", I presume you had a Collection Order, we do send do a notification by Phone SMS + Email once the item is ready to collect. We will try to keep the delivery information clearer. Thank you for using fitinparts, we do hope to see you again.

Good system, easy to order on-line and fast delivery. The invoicing could have been better. The date of the invoice is based on time of order not time of delivery. Items still not delivered but the AR statement already showing the invoice. The system does not allow customer to insert a reference like PO No.

Best car parts platform ever used
The prices Of the parts on the lists are just a cheat. Venders suddenly cancel the order and make a refund without any explanation except that they cannot supply the parts. When troubles happen, this e-commerce platform does not prepare direct access to the venders and moreover it does not try to give customer solutions. If you wanna waste your time and enjoy fake e-commerce transaction, this platform is the best place.

If only their email replies were more timely. Had to wait a few days to receive replies. And if parts were not available, could have updated website.

Supplier did not honor to the Offer Price
Order from ID: MDAD no issue in transaction and received goods in order. However, order from ID: MDAE was a big disappointment and shocking. My honest feedback is Fitinpart.sg didn't provide good customer service in this area. I secured and paid my order on 19Mar2020 at $25.46 then I was told on 31Mar2020 order cancelled due to supplier unable to supply. When I asked further is it all vendors or just that selected vendor? I was informed only the vendor I selected and asked me choose a different vendor. When I browse the website again, I was shocked to see ID: MDAE still have stocks to offer but price at $46.97?!! I pointed out to your customer service. Replied received was the same vendor has responded price has changed and previous offer no longer available and Fitinpart.sg do not know when vendor has made changes. My view? I have secured and paid my order. Supplier can change the price any time they like? A big jump of 84% in price for the same part? FitiinPart.sg has no control over this?

First of all I would like to thank everyone who worked on my order even in this odd situation. Thank you so much. The parts themselves are genuine and surprisingly never used. I would describe myself as a lucky guy to have them in new condition with such low price. So that’s two thing I’m appreciating. Now, nothing is perfect. That’s why I will say shipping were to slow it took more than two weeks just to prepare for shipping. And another 5 days (which is very fast for international shipping) to be delivered. In general I rate this transaction a 4 stars out of 5 just because delivery time. Other than that, I’m totally satisfied.
