warehouse delivery too slow
Relatively satisfied but better communication needed.
The item took longer than expected to arrive. But my grouse is that fitinpart didn't initially reach out to let me know that there was a delay in shipping the fuel filter I had bought. I had to contact them days after the estimated shipping date had passed and it was then I was informed that their container had been delayed. Having received the product, I am satisfied with how it looks. Hopefully, it's durable.
Lead time
Wait for almost 1 month to receive the order. Few parts were out of stock.

Hi Jackie, thank you for your review. I've looked into your order, you had a mixture of 2 ex-stock items and 1 pre-order from overseas which why it was almost a month. I presume the stock status was not noticed here, we do try to show clearly arrival date estimate for each item which is not in stock during your purchase, if there are any. We also do show arrival estimate date for the whole order during checkout which is based of the last item arrival date. As a norm, our Ex-stock items sent Locally in Singapore to home addresses are sent out the same or next working day and the delivery itself is 1 to 3 days. Overseas items are also sent out locally the same or next day after their arrival. Thank you for choosing Fitinparts I sure hope we can meet your expectations better next time around.

Hi Tan, Thank you for your continued support, I'm sorry to hear your last order experience was less than satisfactory. I presume you mean the honest delivery date. I did check your orders and chat logs, in the last order you had, was the first time you had purchased pre-order items. We do state the delivery date for pre-order items and I can see how it may have been overlooked easily as all your previous orders are from ex-stock items. For status updates, we do provide them online, by email when there are major changes, ofcrouse you can always chat with us online 21 hours a day ( GMT+7 ) 7 am to 3am Mon to Fri. I hope we can meet your expectations better next time around.
Haven’t tested the oil filters I bought…
Haven’t tested the oil filters I bought yet. The air intake filter fits the Toyota picnic perfectly. The cabin air filter is probably off by a few mm. However I can’t be sure if it’s the enclosure that is at fault or really the specs are off. I tried verifying it online, but I cannot find it online.

I order 3 items. Two identical engine mounts and one rear trannsmission mount for my Townace JDM van. What came was one engine mount, one transmission mount and a third mount that was different and not correct

Products arrived within 3 working days upon ordering. Unfortunately, one tin of engine oil arrived quite badly dented. Mostly due to stuffing it into one box. Also, found that the price is cheaper by the seller if I purchased from Lazada instead. Thought order directly would've been better but.... oh well.

In the future you have too change you estimate off arrival because it said i will receive it on the third and i received it on the sixt. On other addvice ask the costumer how much money they would like their bill to be to aviod at least some import duty.

I was sent the wrong part and not offered money back
I ordered a specific windshield wiper for a Honda van and did not receive that part. Instead I was sent a generic windshield wiper that does not have the proper attachment to snap on. The part that I needed was a windshield wiper with the snap attachment already in on the blade and is specifically made by Honda. When I received would not even fit on the vehicle. This company did not offer me a refund or any way to get my money back or return the part.

Diahatsu Terios fuel filter
I bought a fuel filter which fits in the fuel tank of a Diahatsu Terios 2007. This consists of two main units. I could not fit the fuel level sender to the lower unit as the fitting was different from the original. I could have fitted the old lower unit to the upper new unit which contains the filter but the diameter was also different. Poor quality copy. $50US wasted.
