Dear Customer,
We are deeply sorry for the negative experience you have had regarding the delivery of your TV stand and the frustration caused by the delay in our response.
We would like to clarify that while we partner with Evri for our express shipping services, we do not have direct control over their internal logistics and delivery operations once the package leaves our facility. However, please be assured that we have already contacted the courier company as a matter of urgency to verify the status of your shipment and investigate why it has not yet arrived.
Regarding our customer service, our team is committed to responding to all inquiries within a 24-hour window. As it has been approximately 8 hours since your initial email, we may still be in the process of investigating your specific case, but we sincerely apologize for the silence during this time.
We kindly ask that you allow our support team to get back to you, as we are dedicated to providing a solution that meets your satisfaction. This could include a full refund, active follow-up to ensure delivery, or compensation for the significant inconvenience caused.
We value your feedback and hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
