I ordered and received a MAX REPELLER S. The waiting time was as expected. The device warms up, everything is done according to instructions, the mosquitoes don't care. The only way to stop mosquitoes from biting is to kill them with one blow from the device. Flextail does not respond to emails - no reply, no refund, no explanation. Absolutely bad. Please do not buy.
The delivery period is very long! It took a full 10days for my order to arrive. I brought items from this company twice and it didn’t take as long as the most recent one. In fact, it took so long that I was already in the cycling event when I got the notification saying my order has been delivered. 🤦♂️ If I only knew that would happen, I would have brought the stuff from somewhere else. Also, there were almost no updates until about a day or two before the supposed delivery.
Selling cheap items that break before arrival. No communication they sent me round in circles emailing 6 people from there company for an answer. They replaced the faulty device with a new one which didn’t work upon arrival. Delivery details are shocking items were out for delivery but no time schedule and no updates Then items were left outside without notification until it was to late items went missing . Flextail suggested am I will to pay for another postage which I agreed for me to total unacceptable customer service reply’s and 6 days later no further closer to items or refund due to shameful customer service
Scam company. They take your money them fail to send any goods. 1 month of waiting and shipping has been put back for the third time. Avoid this fake company.
What a terrible place just been on holiday in May baught a tiny repel only for it to stop working two days in to holiday communication is terrible trying to send a video won't let me rubbish
DELIVERY TIMES ARE DISGUSTING! Poor communication throughout, pushing the sell for ever more products, server down issues, China is a terrible place to ship this product from, have local or country specific distributors! China to UK, fast delivery is around 10 days so dont order on monday if you expect to use this for the weekend camping trip you had planned!!!

Wow what a terrible experience. Ordered 7 months ago, poor updates, lack of credibility and responsibility to deliver a product on time. Still not arrived. Will never trust these jokers again.
Unorganized, dishonest, no customer service, takes your money and feeds you lie after lie. Of course it's too late to put a claim into my credit card because they keep promising it'll ship but then doesn't ever happen.

Placed an order then immediately requested cancellation when I found put they ship from overseas. They ignored my request and shipped the order anyway.
The tarp is amazing when it comes to giving shade. Be careful though: you still need to wear sunscreen!! But when it rains, the tarp fills up with water and the rods bend like crazy. Sitting underneath the tarp when it's raining was not possible unfortunatelly because of this. We had to take everything down in the pouring rain, put it back up the next day in the sunshine (and it's not that easy to install, not as easy as it seems, because the rods bend when you try to get the tarp nicely outlined), and then had to break it down again when it started raining again.This summer wasn't the best summer, with a lot of rain, and it would have been great if we wouldn't had to put it up and break it down every effing day. Not worth the money. Customer service does not reply at all. And a negative review won't be posted on the site. Don't trust this company.
After over a month waiting for my flextail to still arrive. this is bad service. I'm still waiting
Honestly a waste of money unless you want a touch, we are a family of four and are currently in the Maldives for 14 days and have this Tlextailgear mosquito and it simply does not work.
Ordered one , came , doesn't work , complained and they posted another that doesn't work . Shame
I ordered several dozen items and was told they would ship within 5 days. Before I paid Flextail responded within just a few hours. Once I paid my invoice they forgot about me. Over a month later my items still had not shipped after getting a different excuse each week. Above that they acted like they did not understand or speak English. I finally had to raise a claim with Visa since they refuse to process a refund. Sad because the products are really great. Don’t buy and wont be using in the future- I’ll find another brand that does the same thing.
The tiny repellent truthfully is no more useful as a chocolate fire guard complete waste of money.
