Reservations accessed through FoundersCard are completed directly with the partner, and booking confirmations and updates are sent by the partner to the email address associated with the reservation or the customer’s account. This may be different from the email address associated with their FoundersCard membership. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting a confirmed reservation and then have to make alternate arrangements. We are continuing to review the circumstances with you directly and appreciate the opportunity to better understand what occurred.
