This place is all out of sorts
This place is all out of sorts. Their website claimed they had several of the ring i wanted and that it would be ready and shipped and at my home about 3 days prior to my plans. I was excited because the ring I wanted matched the description perfectly of what my now fiancé wanted. My plan was to get the ring and have it ready for my proposal, I had spent all the money getting the proposal night perfect all that was missing was the ring. The day came and the ring did not so I contacted them and they got to me telling me they were out of stock when their website still showed they had 5 available so they said it will be late. Basically messed my proposal plans up so they told me they would ship it out in a couple days. 2 weeks later and they still hadn't shipped it. I kept in contact and they promised they would send me the wedding band to make up for it and as appreciation for me waiting. I felt that was a nice compensation seeing as how my plans were basically thrashed from the start. It took about 3 weeks to get my ring and when it got to me there was no band with it. The rings stone was tarnished and it was a low low quality stone that was not clear at all like they advertised. And when I contacted them again about this the proceeded to ignore my messages. Do not deal with these people. Go on Etsy you can find gorgeous rings that will make it to you in the time they claim. If not Etsy I'm sure next to any where else will actually help and make sure you get what they tell you they are sending without all the hassle.
