We are using the FraudLabs Pro Mini plan with our online store. Integration was straightforward. The plan includes five configurable fraud rules, which are set to either reject transactions or flag them for manual review, based on FraudLabs' perceived seriousness of the fraud risk.
FraudLabs sends by default email alerts for each transaction it scans and adds a staff-only note to the corresponding order summarizing the results, but users can customize these for their specific needs.
Additional fraud-screening features and AI-based Smart Detection services are available for extra monthly fees.
So far the software seems to have significantly reduced the number of bot sales hitting my merchant account. It could probably do with a few more rules available and it would be great if it did address verification such as rejecting 123 Test Ave as an address but otherwise so far so good.

I've been using fraudlabs pro with our company's website for over 5 years now to protect us from fraudulent purchases. It's caught purchase that were definitely questionable and allowed us to review them. So far I'm happy with it. It's integration is slightly more cumbersome than other plugins I've used. And by that I mean that it's done 93% well right now and is not a deterrent to using it.
We were experiencing a ton of carding attacks, on an almost daily basis. Chargebacks and angry folks were constant. Fraudlabs Pro shut these problems down as soon as we installed it. Very happy.
