FraudLabs Pro helps merchants to protect their online stores from malicious fraudsters. It screens all orders transacted using credit cards, PayPal, and so on for online frauds (also known as payment frauds or CNP frauds). As a result, it increases e-commerce merchant profits by reducing chargeback, improving operation efficiency and increasing revenue. Merchants can investigate all complex, high-risk orders in a simple way by using merchant administrative interface. FraudLabs Pro comprehensively validates all elements such as geolocation, proxy, email, credit card, transaction velocity and others to unveil fraud orders accurately. It's more than the fraud detection solution, as we offer users more than 40 validation rules to custom make their own validation logic. In addition, we have millions of blacklist records contributed by our global merchant community to further protect your online business from malicious fraudsters.
Well - almost ALL positive reviews came from the persons with ONE posted feedback. That means this business produce the reviews with fake accounts and for some reason - is published by 'trust' pilot.
Anyway - read my advice : don't waste your money for this overprices and unreliable service. Constant issues with server, false fraud triggering and totally worthless support ( never responded for any of reported issues ) makes this app as a piece of crap. Do yourself a favor....keep away. Read the real users reviews, not made by this business .
FraudlabsPro has excellent support. I needed an upgraded version for Nopcommerce 4.5 and they were right on it. We just started using this plugin since we were getting many hackers trying out their credit cards on our site. it has a great rating system and their tool is priceless.
A really easy plugin to add to my WooCommerce store. the features on the free plan are great to start with for peace of mind. The sms verification add on is great. Would definitely recommend, and find this product really necessary, especially with the increasing fraud happening online.
If this app red flags, you’d better cancel order asap! Very effective fraud tool.
We are really happy with this fraud labs app. It’s our quick cross check to see if the order is valid. Sometimes it gives a red dot where a client got the format of their address wrong, what does easy to doublecheck and is still good to know. Overall we are very satisfied in the last two years of use and will continue to run and recommend this app.
I signed a contact with FraudLabs Pro to recover my money from the fraud platform goldenCFD.com. What they have done is to demand a fee in advance, 900 $, and to open on my name 2 bitcoin wallets. To the second wallet, which is slendidcoinhub.com, fraudlabs transfered a lot of money. Fraud labs told me, that this money is to my service. But to transfer this money to my privat accounts they want to have a horrible high fee. That means this splendigcoinhub wallet is for money laundering and fraud Labs is earning a lot of moneywith the transfer fees !!!beside their bonus fees!!! they woud get if recovery my invested money. So I can not recommend fraudLabs Pro: They are only busy in getting your money, and faudlabspro deliveres nothing beside a thank you for the money you send to them. I say its a cheating company. I can show you a "contract" and mails signed by FraudLabs Pro to show you the proof that Frudlabs Pro ist a fraud company

FraudLabs Pro is providing fraud screening service for e-commerce sites to reduce credit card chargeback. We do not provide any recovery services. We will never sign any contract or required any fee in advanced. Please make sure you are dealing with our web site https://www.fraudlabspro.com directly. If you can post the contract or any documents, we will be glad to investigate on this matter further.
Despite all the wild claims, this plug-in just scrapes a bunch of publicly available information from the transaction. It also misses some extremely simple things, like not catching if a zip code does not match the rest of the address. Also fails to properly bring in credit card transaction, such as AVS response codes.
This company also actively provides an incentive for people to leave a review here, by adding an extra rule to your account if you send them proof of a review, which is against the Trustpilot terms and conditions.
This service seems a totally useless. I have had an attempted transaction flagged up 3 times as fraud. We are a RIPE registered LIR so our own allocated /22. Never understand why companies use 3rd party companies like this. Now taking my custom elsewhere so the fraud-labs client has lost €245 of monthly revenue
Fraudlabs is a great way to protect your business assets and also a good way to check if orders aren't what they seem to be. They have many different kinds of validation rules that you can customize depending on how strict you want it. I really recommend this service for small businesses that do a lot of online transactions!
