Why do you automatically deduct money from my Visa account? I have disabled automatic payments multiple times during periods when I wasn't using the service, yet suddenly—after a month or two—you automatically charge me again.

I tried cancelling the subscription before the 3 day trial ended, I told them there was no way to cancel the subscription through the means they say but they still charged me for a product, that doesn’t even work.

Does what I want from it so it's great…
Does what I want from it so it's great but reason for 4 stars is that sometimes the ping increases on some games and that makes it unstable, issue where I experience this with Valorant. Sometimes it 151ms then it's 220ms. It's not often but does happen.
Pleasantly Surprised!
Honestly, i was not really interested in this tool. But as an OCE player i tend to have issues connecting well to other servers, but Gear up actually worked amazingly for my needs and i am considering using it full time!

No refund, no customer support
I downloaded GearUp in order to play Where Winds Meet on oversea server. It does reduce my ping from 200+ to 110+. I purchased one year membership since it works for me. But I later found on the second page showing that the game is free. It looks like they had some sort of agreement with the game company so I can use GearUP to boost the game for free. I realized I have paid for the membership for nothing! I tried contact thire customer service for a refund since I only used it for a day. At least partially. But then I found there is no way to access the "exclusive customer support" which advertised in the app. I sent them an email but they never reply. I know I'm the one to blame for purchasing the membership without looking closer. But then I found out how difficult to contact them in person. They don't care about users after they got the money. Just beware.

Not stable ping
Singapore's vlr ping not stable ( can be my ethernet problem ) but i wish it can adapt can auto choose the best server

mainly used it for roblox since the servers kept relocating me to somewhere else instead of around asia but it was great too on the other games i played and it never hurts to improve you're connection whenever you can.

it lowered my ping. no other extra thing or whatsoever that would make a ping optimizer annoying. straight into business. js one click then they will automatically optimize the rout. i love it!
