The good …quality of t shirts better than I expected - they look really solid and I’m hoping they’re going to last a good while - the content is great - lots of smiles walking down the street and someone stopped me to complement me which is unheard of …oh - and great value
The not so good - took a good 10 days to arrive - not a disaster and it’s my own fault for not checking out delivery before I ordered but I somehow assumed they would be here in 40 minutes like everything else online - and the sizes are US sizes - I ordered an xl and could have gone for an l with room to spare - but it’s fine - certainly cant be bothered to send them back - and there’s room for growth so there’s that
One final thing …the marketing emails are a bit much - once a week would suit better than every day …but there are bigger problems than this in the world at the moment so I really shouldn’t be grumbling
Would I order again - definitely - I’m eyeing up a few - I’ll just downsize and be more patient after ordering

I ordered their Triangull tee shirt last Saturday and it arrived today (exactly one week later). I don’t know where they ship from (someone else mentioned china?) but wherever it it, it arrived at my UK address in 7 calendar days.
Emails every step of the way - on order confirmation, payment receipt, dispatch, out for delivery and delivered.
The fit is great and the quality is absolutely excellent.
Highly recommended. Im sure I’ll pick some more designs soon :)

This is my second order with this company. My first was fine and I received a nice quality shirt. This time I ordered 3 soft Heather T-shirts. When they arrived the quality was awful. The material looked and felt cheap and the fit was very poor with an extremely tight neckline. I tried to return them and this is where the company really failed. First they demanded photographs. Then they offered me 15% off. I refused because the shirts are so awful I don’t want them at any cost. So they offered me 30% off. Again I refused. Finally they pointed out that to return them I would have to pay postage to China as they would not accept them otherwise. They then offered me 50%. I should point out that when I ordered them I was not aware that they were based in China and if I had been I would not have ordered for this very reason. Overall a terrible experience that I urge you to consider when making your purchase.
P.S. I note the company reply to this review. It means nothing. It’s the same waffle I’ve had over lots of emails with them. But in the end they do nothing of course.

Customer service responded quickly to my questions—which was great—but the quality of the cardigans is poor. I blame myself for this, too; I should have known better. It’s the sort of thing you often see on social media—one of those "Temu" fails... Just copy and paste an image onto a cardigan and start selling. The service was good, but I won't be ordering from here again. I guess I'll keep the cardigans for Halloween or something.

I bought a shirt
I carefully read the size information.
Selected the size XL as it was the size I always use here in the EU for shirts and t-shirts.
Arrived I got what I will desribe as about 4XL.
I might be able to use it as a tent -
but never as clothing.

Product quality is subpar considering the prices. Both the sweater and maxi dress feel like they are made of 100% polyester, it feels like wearing plastic. Production timeline & shipment are according to the website - 5-7 business days production before shipment which took another 3 days or so from China (location in Southeast Asia).

This shirt itself is good quality; fits well, comfortable, graphic looks amazing. However, one of the buttons fell out of its stitching the first day, and most of the buttons turned out not to be secured well, and I’ll need to remove and re-sew all of them.

I ordered two cardigans and a hoodie. The quality of the hoodie was great! The cardigans will be fine for my use, but buyers should be aware that the "wool" is more like acrylic. Soft but definitely not built to last forever. Happy with my order, it did take almost a month to arrive though so not a fast shipping.
