Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear the necklace made a beautiful gift for your niece and that it arrived so quickly. We also appreciate your note about the unexpected import tax, and your feedback is truly valuable to us. Thank you for your support! ✨💛

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re happy to hear you appreciated our communication and love the meaningful birthstone ring. We truly appreciate your support! ✨
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear you’re happy with the necklace and appreciate your comments about the chain. Your support truly means a lot to us, and we’re always here if you need anything! ✨

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you love it. Your support truly means a lot to us! ✨💛
Thank you so much for sharing this, and we're truly sorry to hear it didn't turn out as clearly as it should have for such a special occasion. That's not the experience we want for a first birthday gift, and we completely understand the disappointment. We reached out with a message offering a replacement to make this right, and we'd love to get a better one made for your daughter, so please do get back to us whenever you can. Thank you for your patience and for letting us know.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and recommendation! We’re thrilled to hear you love the elegant, everyday style of your huggie earrings and had a great experience with our customer service. Your support truly means a lot to us, and we look forward to serving you again! ✨💛
Thanks so much for your feedback! We totally understand the surprise, "dainty" pieces are intentionally delicate and petite, but we always list exact measurements in the description so you can check the size beforehand. We're sorry it wasn't what you expected and would love to help, so feel free to send us a message anytime. Thanks again!
Thanks for the honest feedback, glad you liked the piece overall! Our photos are taken up close to show detail, which can make items look larger than they are, but exact measurements are always listed in the description to help avoid surprises. We reached out after your purchase to help but didn't hear back. Happy to make this right anytime, just send us a message. Thanks again!
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We did return your call as soon as possible, however we were initially unable to reach you. Once we were able to connect, we provided you with a prepaid return label so the item could be returned and resolved accordingly. The design is intentionally delicate, and the exact measurements are listed in the product description. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you love it. Your support truly means a lot to us! ✨💛
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and recommendation! We’re truly honored to be your go-to jewelry store and thrilled to hear you trust us with your jewelry needs. Your support means the world to us! ✨
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear the process was easy and quick. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again! ✨
