The product is amazing and detail is astounding
The product is amazing! It does take about 4-5 weeks to receive your item (with shipping) but the attention to detail makes it worth it. They also respond quickly to any inquiries as well.

Great customer service and looked great !! Ty
Amazing Quality and Detail!
There was a slight delay with the delivery, but the figurine was definitely worth the wait! It arrived very securely and safely packaged. The level of detail is incredible, and the finished figurine looks absolutely amazing. I am very happy with the final result!
Amazing work
Amazing work! Package did take a little bit to arrive. However for the detail and effort put into the packaging it is worth the wait. Definitely give a buffer of a few weeks. Again and I can’t emphasize it enough the quality is amazing! I bought two person figurine of my wife and I for our anniversary. And when I showed it to her she loved it and we cannot wait to display it in our home! Thank you again to everyone involved in making this happen
A very personal experience and great result…
These guys are very careful to get your details correct and always respond in person to questions. The final product was sent well packaged and looks amazing. After being scammed before, i was so pleased to find them.
Good Customer Service
I had such a wonderful experience with Figuro! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered a custom figure as a special gift, and I’m genuinely so happy with the final result. The figure turned out beautifully, and you can really see the care and attention that went into creating it. What impressed me the most was the customer service. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. They made the experience easy and reassuring, especially when it came to the details of the figure and my order. The figure arrived safely, and seeing it in person was absolutely worth the wait! ❤️ Thank you so much to the Figuro team for the beautiful work and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a unique and meaningful personalized gift!
They Nailed it!
I needed a unique gift for my son's 25th birthday. I had a picture of him in a funny costume he wore for Halloween and I thought it would make a great action figure. ChatGPT suggest I use Getfiguro to get that done. It was a great suggestion. The figure was outstanding! The process was much easier then expected, almost to the point I was questioning if it was real. It was. The communication was good, the shipping was good and on time. The figure was a bit expensive but once I received it I could see why. WOW, I was really impressed. They only had one picture to work from and they nailed it. I would trust them with any other figures I want made. Great Job!

I was referred to Getfiguro from a colleague that had heard great feedback from friends that had ordered from them. The website was easy to use, eventhough I still managed to make an error and Niro emailed me promptly to help me with my order. The communication and service was excellent and I just received the figurine which is a remarkable resemblance to my brother. Awesome experience all around. Thank you!!
Quality figures
Nice figures, good quality my order also came pretty quick
The quality is good
The quality is good, but the figures aren't 100% realistic. In our case, the girl's arm and face were very different. We agreed to a 35% refund because of this, and they honored it. The customer service is impeccable, and they help you resolve any issues.
Astonished
I was concerned that this was a scam at first. The examples on the web site just seemed too good. But after I received my order; I was astonished and pleasantly surprised at the quality and detail of the product. It is hard to believe that they were able to achieve such detail from the photo that I sent them. I am very pleased with my order.

Being honest I was skeptical about this when I first saw the ad. However I went ahead and ordered a couple figurines for myself and my youngest son. I received the first one and I was blown away with it. It looks just like my son. I am going through pictures now to get more made. I lost my son 3 years ago in a fatal accident and thanks to Figuro, I have him standing in my window. I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed if you buy their product.

The figure look very similar with a touch of funny as I wanted. The item took a bit too ship but when I asked, they quickly got on to track the package and gave me an answer. I am placing another order as I'm writing this review 😄
Omg, I love it
Omg, before receiving it I was a little skeptical, was unsure that it was going to look exactly like him but they did an AWESOME job. The quality is great and when I look at it I’m looking at my son, who unfortunately passed away. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!
Great job
Great job, i love the product.
Dog figure
I ordered a dog figure from here and I absolutely loved ittt! It was an anniversary gift for my partner that we celebrated yesterday and he loved it too!! I do recommend getting small figures with them! Service and communication was so clear and they work so well with you too!
Great miniature us for our wedding
Great miniature us for our wedding. Dress and suit match perfectly
Great service
The Camel Trophy figurine
The figurine, although smaller than imagined was spot on. It looked exactly like the picture I submitted and despite the lack of legs in the picture the stance was perfect. Facial details were great. Highly recommend.
