There was a slight delay with the delivery, but the figurine was definitely worth the wait! It arrived very securely and safely packaged. The level of detail is incredible, and the finished figurine looks absolutely amazing. I am very happy with the final result!

Amazing work! Package did take a little bit to arrive. However for the detail and effort put into the packaging it is worth the wait. Definitely give a buffer of a few weeks. Again and I can’t emphasize it enough the quality is amazing! I bought two person figurine of my wife and I for our anniversary. And when I showed it to her she loved it and we cannot wait to display it in our home! Thank you again to everyone involved in making this happen

I needed a unique gift for my son's 25th birthday. I had a picture of him in a funny costume he wore for Halloween and I thought it would make a great action figure. ChatGPT suggest I use Getfiguro to get that done. It was a great suggestion. The figure was outstanding! The process was much easier then expected, almost to the point I was questioning if it was real. It was. The communication was good, the shipping was good and on time. The figure was a bit expensive but once I received it I could see why. WOW, I was really impressed. They only had one picture to work from and they nailed it. I would trust them with any other figures I want made. Great Job!

The quality is good, but the figures aren't 100% realistic. In our case, the girl's arm and face were very different. We agreed to a 35% refund because of this, and they honored it. The customer service is impeccable, and they help you resolve any issues.
Astonished
I was concerned that this was a scam at first. The examples on the web site just seemed too good. But after I received my order; I was astonished and pleasantly surprised at the quality and detail of the product. It is hard to believe that they were able to achieve such detail from the photo that I sent them. I am very pleased with my order.

Being honest I was skeptical about this when I first saw the ad. However I went ahead and ordered a couple figurines for myself and my youngest son. I received the first one and I was blown away with it. It looks just like my son. I am going through pictures now to get more made. I lost my son 3 years ago in a fatal accident and thanks to Figuro, I have him standing in my window. I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed if you buy their product.
