Overall good result
I'm generally satisfied with the result. I ordered small 10cm figurine, but I wanted it to sit, not stand. No problem, they made it sitting - although then its height is of course less than 10cm. The result is very detailed and polished, even for the small size. During the order, I got an AI preview made of my photo. While the preview was making impression of a reflective plastic material, actual figure looks and feels like a gypsum. Which is not a flaw at all, just the property of used technology. Only a golden necklace didn't look like real gold, I may need to paint it a bit myself :)

I ordered two figurines from Getfiguro.com and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The larger figurine was extremely accurate, especially considering I only provided a photo. The detail was impressive, including the backside of the figurine, which was done very well and clearly received attention. The second figurine was quite small (about 8 cm), so the details weren’t as precise, but it was still close enough and understandable given the size limitations. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship.

I had a positive overall experience. The team was very kind, attentive, and genuinely listened to my requests and specific needs. Even after a few initial mistakes, they remained responsive and committed to making things right, which I really appreciated. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the final price may increase depending on adjustments during the process. For example, I initially chose the smallest figurine (8 cm), but I was later asked to select a larger size to make the work easier, which resulted in an additional cost of about $140. I understand that this was necessary to ensure better resemblance to the picture (not 100% like the faces in the picture, but still good) and feasibility, but it’s definitely something to consider when choosing your picture and planning your budget.

I would order again
I made a mistake when I first placed my order - I missed the prompt to add the picture. I reached out to the company and Niroshan got back to me right away and the communication was excellent. She helped me with my questions and even followed up to make sure I had received the figure and to see how I liked the figure. I was very impressed with all of this. About the figure - I was very pleased with that also. I would definitely order from this company again.

They made it just the way I wanted it. It looked just like picture (even better because the picture was only the face they made full body). The person I gifted it too was also very impressed very emotional. I received it in a timely manner. I recommend 100%

I was extremely happy with the product they produced it was better than I expected.
The product looks quite realistic and you can tell they paid attention to detail in preparing to mold the figurine. The customer service was excellent as well, an individual from the company stayed in touch with me during the process and we went back-and-forth with photos about how the product was going to come out. Customer care was excellent. Service was excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Getfiguro is a wonderful company to deal with; not only because of the fantastic work they do but how quickly it got done. I asked them if it could be done before my Father's 80th birthday. It made it on time. Actually was here a day early. The details were on point and exquisitely made. Everyone loved it and could not believe it was made from a simple picture. Outstanding Service
I ordered a very unusual figure, while the company mainly specializes in human characters. Because of my special request, there were some challenges regarding size, details, and the production process. During printing, it turned out that the figure could not be color-printed due to its shape and details, so the team contacted me proactively to explain the situation and inform me about a delay because the figure had to be hand-painted instead. In hindsight, this turned out to be a clear upgrade, as thequality and detail on the figurine are really good. Throughout the entire process, the communication was transparent, friendly, and highly professional. I was always offered clear solutions, received regular updates including photos and videos of the production, and felt very well taken care of. Despite the challenges, the service has been outstanding.
