I've been using GhostVPS and, although they are not as experienced as some of the bigger hosting providers, they offer some interesting services that are not always easy to find in one place.
They have VPS options from providers like Hetzner and OVH, as well as OVH dedicated servers. They also offer phone numbers that can receive OTP/SMS codes for services such as Telegram and WhatsApp, along with residential and mobile proxies.
One thing I particularly like is that they don't require KYC for their services. Another big advantage for me is that they can refund unused balance back to a crypto wallet. A lot of providers accept cryptocurrency for payments but don't offer crypto refunds, so this is a useful feature.
They also have Warez VPS options, which can be useful for certain applications where providers with stricter abuse policies may suspend services more quickly.
Overall, GhostVPS is still a relatively young provider, but they have a good selection of services and some features that are difficult to find with traditional hosting companies. If they continue expanding their infrastructure and improving their support, I think they have good potential.

Unprofessional support – They refuse to replace a filtered IP
I purchased a VPS from GhostVPS with the expectation of a working service.
The IP they assigned (178.32.16.41) is completely filtered in Iran, where all my users are located.
I tested the IP from Iran:
- Without VPN: Timeout
- With UK VPN: Connected successfully
I also tested ports 80, 443, 8080, 2095 – all blocked from Iran.
I contacted support and provided clear evidence. Instead of helping, they:
- Blamed my country's filtering laws
- Refused to change the IP
- Refused to issue a refund
- Gave misleading technical excuses (e.g., testing SSH instead of the actual service ports)
They even admitted that OVH allows IP changes, but still refused to help.
I paid for a service that does not work for my users. They kept my money and offered no real solution.
I do not recommend GhostVPS for anyone who needs a clean IP for international users.

We would like to clarify an important technical point. The fact that the server was reachable when accessed through a UK VPN indicates that the VPS and its IP address were reachable from outside Iran. It does not indicate that the IP address itself was defective or that the server was unavailable.
Internet filtering can be implemented by networks, ISPs, or authorities in a particular country, and unfortunately this is outside the control of a VPS provider. We cannot guarantee that a particular IP address or server port will be accessible from every country or network.
We also cannot guarantee that changing an IP address will resolve country-specific filtering, which is why we do not treat this as a guaranteed IP fault or provide IP replacement/refunds on that basis.
We understand that this was frustrating, particularly because your users were located in Iran, but we did provide support based on what we could verify from the server side.
Our goal is to provide working VPS infrastructure, while access conditions imposed by third-party networks or national filtering systems are outside our control.
A dedicated server was ordered. They promised to deliver it within an hour, but in the end, more than 12 hours have passed and the server still hasn’t been provided. They are not refunding the money, and technical support is not responding.

We would like to clarify that dedicated server delivery can take longer than VPS delivery. Although an estimated delivery time of around one hour may be shown for some orders, dedicated servers are subject to provider availability, provisioning, and other factors, and delivery can sometimes take considerably longer — in some cases more than 12 hours or even several days.
Regarding refunds, dedicated server orders are subject to different terms from our VPS products, and refunds are not always possible once an order has been placed with the underlying provider.
We understand that waiting for a server is frustrating, and we apologize if the expected delivery time and refund conditions were not sufficiently clear at the time of your order. We are working to make these expectations clearer for customers.
The vps seemed good at once, but they than had "accidently" wiped my entire vps TWICE before giving me a partial refund and kicking me off despite giving me no reason whatssoever
