We'd love to clarify that we actually offer guidance through several channels, precisely because different customers prefer different ways of learning: • Our online Support Center, available anytime at https://support.goayo.com/hc/en-us, with articles, how-tos, and tips • A step-by-step onboarding email series delivered once you register in the AYO app. These are designed to walk you through everything at a comfortable pace • A printed manual included inside the product packaging The daily emails you mentioned are part of that onboarding journey in the app, but that guidance (and more) is also permanently accessible on our Support Center, so you never have to wait for the next email to get the information you need. That said, we never want any customer to feel left without support, and someone from our team will be reaching out to you personally to make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of your AYO.
