First Contact was pretty fast
First offers as well, but some courses and dates where missing the individual desires.
No optional offers for teetimes that where not available.
A few times we had to recontact to get the offer.
Changing off people and answers needed to long to get a worked out offer. One Teetime was not booked at the Golfclub.
Vouchers worked finally after two weeks, some teetimes where changed without having information about it (Can also be at the different clubs).
One place did not offer cart as provided

Our golf package to Kuala Lumpur booked through Golfsavers was a great experience. All our bookings and transfers were completed without any problems. Our hotel and golf courses were top notch. Communication was great and they were on hand to help with anything we requested. I would recommend Golfsavers to anyone or group who would like to book a trip.
I would like to praise Mai - one of your staff for her hardwork in assisting us in our recent booking. We were actually let down by other service providers and Mai helped me in the end with very short notice. We had to make a number of changes to our itinerary because of availability of the courses in short notice. Mai responded very well and we have managed to complete our reservations with alternative courses and we have had a satisfactory rounds.
Your responsiveness is better than many other service providers. Your on-line reservation platform plus online chatting facility are also good. You would gain more loyal customers if your pricing can be somewhat reduced - benchmarking your competitors and the prices that you can obtain from the courses.

For the courses that I booked through this site Everything went fine! I did find that I saved Considerably on a couple courses by visiting their websites and booking their Specials directly. I will be using this service in the future though.
Booked golf in Hua Hin with Golfsavers and found booking very easy to do. Got all documents by mail in good time before transfer and golf.
Had a problem at Sea Pine golfcourse where they couldn´t find reservation, but as I also had all bookings availible on email it finally was OK.
Second booking at Black Mountain worked out perfectly, thank you!

Very helpful staff especially with a couple of changes to itinerary.
Would suggest adding at least 30 mins to estimated journey times to courses around Bangkok as traffic very bad.

Appreciated help extended to request change of HH hotel booking due Royal Ratchaburi GC being unavaible thus necessitating change of itinerary
3) Flexibility to accomodate club reciprocal arrangements

-ve 1) Significant increase in green fees (of Black Mountain GC) 2 days before pkg confirmation. An accompanying explanation would help to allay suspicion of opportunistic increment
2) Option to include caddy and cart fees in package
3) Would appreciate a more straightforward access to the golf and transfer itinerary and for forwarding to fellow travellers in the group
4) A dedicated transfer driver would improve transfer experience.
Contracted dinner stopover for HH-BKK Transfer was not communicated to the drivers needing time and effort to sort out.
In summary, overall a good experience. Would definitely consider using Golfsavers again and recommend to friends
Booking was easy, Golf Savers dealt with our requests. Likewise, checking into the golf courses (Black Mountain & Banyan) was seamless. I’ve used Golf Savers a number of times and they have always been reliable and prompt.
