Booking golf packages with Golfsavers has been very easy and price attractive. Though their presentation and any changes to the packages are abit long winded, but a call to the office settles everything. Definitely will use them again in my future trips
Bit slow n frustrating starting out but…
Bit slow n frustrating starting out but much improved once cs staff realised we were not just shopping around. Useful in countries where u cant book direct or language is an issue n didnt see any savings despite the name. Also ltd courses they were prepared to look at n absolutely no refund despite fact there was an earthquake n the most expensive course was damaged in parts as a result. That said, if u hv no other avenues to book the site wld be useful to use.

Dear Patsy, Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and its a pity that your trip was cancelled because of the earthquake. Booking golf in Japan is quite complicated but we do make it very clear up front that bookings in Japan are totally non-refundable. All my bookings were ok. I evev had to change one and it worked out fine.

Overall was pleasant, transaction was good. Good and fast reply when have questions with golf savers. I played 3 games at Hua Him and clubhouse have no problem finding my name in the list. 1 thing to take note was the pricing of the golf course compared to other agents was a bit higher. Eg. Wowgolf Hope to book through golf savers again in future . Thanks all
Good but some improvements needed
The only reason i gave 4 stars is because I use "golfnow" booking site in Canada and they have tee times I can choose from immediately when booking. I don't need to select a range that is acceptable (earliest tee time to latest tee time) and wait for confirmation. So that is something golfsavers can do to make booking more seamless. Besides that, everything worked out fine and would use site again when booking in Asia. Oh yeah, and need to have more details about courses "practice facilities." I prefer courses with driving ranges and will make decision based on that but "practice facilities" does not always mean they have a driving range so I need to go to each course website which is time consuming or call the course but can be difficult because they don't always speak English. Dont need to list all the practice facilities, just say if there is driving range or not cause that one I think is very important for golfers.

I would love to offer live tee times but 90% of the courses in Asia don't have the technology and those that do will not allow us to connect. Prompt reply to all queries. Quotation was very detail covering all required information. Administration at the golf courses was thorough requiring very little coordination. Documentation was great.

All was very good with the transport…
All was very good with the transport and the first 3 courses, however the last course, the back 9 had lost the fairways, ( I mean no grass ) We should have been notified beforehand and given the chance to change, as it is pre paid we were left to play it or walk off as some of our players did.

Hi Alan, I am really sorry that your last round was ruined by the state of the course. Most courses advise us if they are undergoing maintenance and we post a warning on our website. In your case the course never advised us that there were any issues so we were unable to warn you. We found Golfsavers very good and all aspects of their services was highly professional . We would use them again.

Generally everything was o.k... except the price of transfer cost which is unreasonable comparing actual price in there. For example, actual price from hotel in Hua Hin and Banyan golf was THB 400 per transfer and pick up with 1-car (SUV) which are available. But, your price is THB 400 (500 ? : small car) per each players (2-players). At the beginning, I did not know that much different price between them.
Easy and no issues
When i made my original booking it didnt look like it went through. I did the online chat thing and it was all sorted straight away. Game day and everything went smooth, no issues at all. Will be booking a couple more games soon for more Golf in Thailand.

Easy to book and professional Booked 2 rounds in Thailand (Bangkok and Hua Hin). Very easy booking process with email confirmation and voucher sent after payment to use at the golf course. Some issues retrieving my booking at Panya Indra Golf Course in Bangkok but mostly due to the golf course itself rather than Golf Saver. For improvement, Golf Saver could indicate the difficulties of the courses to help beginners like me choose the best course possible for my level/needs.
