This was not a good experience at all
This was not a good experience at all. We ordered 2 carts and 2 caddies only to find out that they didn’t have any when we turned up. We had to wait 45 min for them. Everything was rushed from there., and we got stuck behind a group of 4, which didn’t think to call us through. The other negative was it was extremely expensive for the experience. We have played many courses in Thailand over the years this one was average.

I would just like to correct one statement you made: you did not book or prepay for caddies and carts and we just sold the green fee. This does not excuse the service you received from the club but I am confident that the service we provided was faultless. Booked n played a game in Phoenix Gold CC in Pattaya recently. Booking was fast n easy. Pick u at hotel was punctual n overall had a enjoyable experience.

Operator was very fast to respond to queries. Booing make easy for us. But the the bank exchange rate was very bad and there is a booking fee (it's ok) on top of the exchange rate.

I found dissatisfaction in payment
I found dissatisfaction in payment options and effectiveness. Happened when i chose Indonesian Rupiah as the payment currency, suddenly when the payment transmitted it changes to Singaporean dollars. Resulting of loss of IDR350,000. Therefore i found your apps as lousy

All of our rates in Indonesia are displayed in Singapore Dollars and our check-out process makes it very clear that we only accept payment in Singapore Dollars and there is no option to request to pay in INR. I used golfsavers for this reason
I used golfsavers for this reason. My friend was jetting in from UK for a golf holiday. I had to be sure that courses were booked. I did not want to risk a walk-in and find we could not play. This is where golfsavers was excellent. We used golfsavers for Pattaya courses and enjoyed each one booked ( apart from Parichat where I blew a gasket - that's a tough course!!). At the course we just presented the voucher via mobile phone and we were up and running. If we have another golf holiday, I'll use golfsavers again.

On the first day of golf we waited over 25 minutes and no taxi the manager of the villa had to ring you and to find out we were not in the system and you would ring right back in the end he rang you back and got it sorted he organised transfer to golf course so thank you to dean our manager or otherwise we would not had played golf that day after that every thing run smooth cheers mick
Bangkok Golf Trip
It would be better if all the Clubs under GolfSavers to quote the prices of cost including Buggy and Caddy....no hassle to the golfers and we can enjoy golfing without to think the Buggy and Caddy fees.
