Our goal is to be as transparent as possible, which is why our return policy, including the 35% restocking fee, is clearly outlined on our product pages, during checkout, and on our website for customers to review before placing an order. Once a customer returns an item, we are unable to sell it as a brand-new product. To account for the costs associated with processing returned items and in consideration of customers who purchase open-box products, we assess a restocking fee.

We appreciate your patience while we resolved this delay. We always aim for flawless, on-time delivery, but a quick human error in labelling unfortunately set your shipment back. Once identified, our team worked directly with the carrier to rectify the issue immediately. Your package is back on track for delivery on July 22, and we’re monitoring it every step of the way.
