Recently purchased an 83” LG C3 for an amazing price. The team was very accommodating after reaching out to them about a billing issue (my fault). They were more than happy to work with me to resolve the issue (thanks, Jeff!). I’ve purchased my last three TVs through them (this LG 83”, a 55” Samsung Frame and a 75” Samsung Q90) with nothing but great experiences, and will continue to do so!

Usually when things seem too good to be true, they usually are. So I was skeptical at first. Not in this case, however. I submitted a bid to Greentoe for a Sony A1 at a price I thought would not be accepted. Well I got an email back within an hour that my offer was accepted. Service was fast. Shipping took about 3 business days. I just received my brand new A1 that I ordered and came exactly as described. And again, I still cannot believe the price. I could not find this price for that camera even in the used market. I still can’t quite believe it. I just registered it with Sony as well and all passed muster. Not going anywhere else for cameras and camera gear in the future.

Bought my 65" inch LG C3 Oled Evo through Greentoe. Beat all the prices from Best Buy, Costco, etc. Delivery was through CEVA Logistics, also did an amazing job handling and delivering on time, 7 days (Nashville to NorCal).Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and so much savings. All my next purchases will be thru Greentoe now!
Bought a 65" Samsung S90C and changed my mind, order had already shipped. Contacted shipper per customer service instruction and refused shipment. Jeff in customer care is awesome to work with and refunded my purchase price promptly. I'm ordereing my next TV through them also, great people, outstanding prices! Don't be afraid to give them a try
I received a faulty product. I never got any information on who to return my item to. Call get directed to email. Email and never get a response. I would rather pay a few dollars more and be provided with customer service and an easy returns. I would NEVER suggest or recommend this website! SCAM!!!!!
Receiver at a good price, exactly as described - brand new in sealed box - and very fast delivery. Good experience and would use site again.
Zero accountability or support. I suspect that this site works as intended and is fine some of the times; however, if any issue (delivery or otherwise) arises, then you are completely screwed. The ultimate seller blames it on the carriers/delivery companies, and they use 3rd tier providers so it is impossible for the customer or the seller to get anything other than an automated response. In my situation, I ordered a new TV but the carrier attempted to deliver the incorrect TV about 8 days after the date of order. Following that failure, seller continued to assure me that the carrier would reschedule the delivery with the correct item ... this never happened. When I cancelled the order, the seller would refund the purchase price only upon their receipt of the item back from the carrier. Mind you, this is of an item that was never delivered to me. I have no faith that the carrier (who could neither deliver the correct item to me or reschedule delivery of the item to me) will be able to return the item to the seller. So in this instance, the Seller and Greentoe want me to take the risk that the carrier will return the item to seller/Greentoe. For a some minimal savings on a TV, this platform is not worth the risks and headaches.

Okay, I half figured Greentoe was a scam, but knew I was protected through my CC co, so took a shot. Glad I did. I saved a nice chunk of change on my LG 55" OLED TV. My only issue is how radio silent they are post purchase. I was expecting more updates (pretty common with other online stores) as Greentoe is a conduit, so it's a bit confusing on who to reach out to for updates-Greentoe or the actual company fulfilling the order. I ordered just after Christmas so the 1-2 day shipping wasn't happening for me (hence the need for more updates). Other than that, and knowing what I now know, I'll def use them again. BTW-Greentoe's deal beat Amazon's price by a healthy amount.
I bought a 77 inch Lg television at a better price than all other stores with no sales tax to my state. It took 10 days for delivery but everything went smooth. No matter who you buy it from they all get shipped on a truck regardless of where you buy it from. I would recommend giving Greentoe a try for just about anything.
I ordered a GE washer/dryer combo from Greentoe (GE PFQ97HSPVDS) and was immediately dissatisfied with the unit (drying and wrinkling issues). The Greentoe return policy states that returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery, but after a month-long battle to initiate a return I am now stuck with a very expensive unit that doesn't even work as well as my regular old washer and dryer.
Placed my order and waited, contacted the vendor and was told it was out of stock. Frustrating that they didn't inform me of that, causing days of delay. Greentoe support, on the other hand, was very helpful and responded rapidly. They put my order through another vendor that shipped the next day. Large freight deliveries are typically slow, but it arrived in a week. Delivery guy was great, item was in excellent condition, brand new in sealed box. Registered the warranty at lg.com the same day. Great deal, great interaction. Thanks Greentoe!
Revised previous negative review... Yes, it took longer than promised at time of order but in the end I got a great deal on a new TV from a reputable retailer and saved a lot of money. I would definitely recommend Greentoe if you are not in a hurry and don't mind needing to do some extra communication.
I purchased a 65 inch LG G3 through Greentoe. The prices was amazing and was well beyond Black Friday 2023 ads. The delivery experience was great and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. No issues at all - the TV looks great now in my living room. Highly recommend!
I had a great shopping experience with greentoe. I was shopping for an OLED television and found the one I was looking for on greentoe. Their website is very easy to use and navigate, just put it in the preferred price you'd like to pay for the television or product within reason. Sit back and wait to see if your offer is accepted and by the way that can take a couple of days but well worth the wait. I had a few questions and contacted customer service for some answers. Jeff from Greentoe contacted me back very quickly and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service in my book.
First time to hear and use Greentoe. Great experience and would definitely use their service again. Named my own price for a pair of new Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42 binoculars. Got it at a price better than that for a used pair sold by some others. Greentoe staff kept in touch and updated the status of the offer.
