Unfortunately, because no order information was provided in the review and we have not received a response to our request for additional details, we're unable to investigate the specific circumstances of this shipment or confirm what occurred in this case. In general, the shipping date displayed on our website and in order confirmations is an estimated shipping date. Because many of our pieces are made to order, orders may ship before, on, or after the estimated shipping date depending on manufacturing timelines and quality control. We ship items as soon as they have completed production and passed our quality inspections rather than delaying shipment, as many orders are time-sensitive. If an order contains multiple items, each piece may ship separately as soon as it is ready. When an order ships, a shipping confirmation email with the UPS tracking information is automatically sent to the email address associated with the order, and our shipments are packaged discreetly and do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior. We sincerely regret that this experience impacted such an important milestone. While we would never intentionally detract from such a special occasion, we understand why you were disappointed and would appreciate the opportunity to review your order if you're willing to contact our Customer Care team with your order number or respond to our Trustpilot outreach.

We provide diamond certifications for jewelry that features a single center diamond that is 1 carat or larger. Bands and other styles without a qualifying center diamond will not include a certification. Please note that while all items do not include a diamond certificate, we do stamp the jewelry with LGD, denoting that is made with Lab Grown Diamonds. We hope you understand.
