When pieces are manufactured years apart, as in your case, they may not sit perfectly flush even when they are the same style. Based on your description, resizing your engagement ring was a reasonable first step to address the difference in finger size, but we understand your disappointment that it did not achieve the result you were hoping for. If you're not completely satisfied with your wedding band, it is still eligible for return under our 30-day return policy, and our Customer Service team would be happy to assist you with that process. For customers seeking the closest possible match to an existing ring, we also offer custom design services that can create a band specifically to complement an engagement ring. While we recognize that timeline may not work before your upcoming wedding, it is an option we would be happy to discuss for the future if you're interested.
