Had an engraving on the almost 10k dollar ring i ordered and you can even see it because it is so small and has zero contrast.

I tried to purchase this at your store in Columbus Ohio at Easton. I was told that to get the piece in yellow gold I had to do a custom order. I did that putting down $100 as instructed. The custom team informed me that this was not a custom piece. By the time I received the answer the price had gone up nearly $450. I was working with your store manager Cassandra and she dropped the ball several times. She gave me incorrect information a few times and never did come through. I finally was able to get in touch with the customer service rep that was able to send me a code that corrected the price.
You should seriously consider replacing the manager at that store, as I will not be back there as long as she is in that position.
I have bought other pieces from you previously and was both surprised and very disappointed in this experience. I spent untold hours working through the mess that was this transaction.

Made exactly what I had asked. Unfortunately I am a guy and have no perspective on size (!) so the settings, earrings and diamonds were smaller than I could envision. I guess I would have appreciated a consultant telling me how small they really were and that the detail was lost because they were so small. Quite expensive so I can’t remake. But 5 stars because they did exactly what I had asked for.
